Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in AUD, Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the lowest price possible. Prices valid to 30 September 2021, except during the high periods i.e Xmas, Holidays and Big Expos and trade shows.

• Passports must be valid for at least six months after the date of travel, and contain at least two blank visa pages.

• Child up to 2 years old totally free of charge
• Child between 2 and 6 years old pay 50% of adult rate.
• Child between 6 and 12 years old pay 75% of adult rate.
• Child from 12 years old is considered as adult person and pay same rate.

• AED 15.00 approximately $5 per room per night at 4 star hotel 
• AED 20.00 approximately $6 per room per night at 5 star hotel

We are offering you to pay a low down payment of just 25% to keep your place on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid only two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour guide. This will give you the chance to book your tour with no risk or any loss.

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
 
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
●    From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
●    Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
●    Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
●    Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
 
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
