Voucher Rules

Vouchers are issued after booking confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
Valid for 12 months from issue date and applicable to travel packages only.
Redeemable only on direct bookings through the Memphis Tours Partners Network.
Can be combined with seasonal offers, unless stated otherwise.
Transferable — may be gifted to family, friends, or colleagues.
Not exchangeable for cash or refunds.
International airfare is not eligible for Encore Rewards.
Voucher value cannot exceed 10% of the total booking, unless advised by our travel consultants.
Must be activated by 31 December 2025 — once activated, it remains valid for one year.
Redemption requests must come from the same email or WhatsApp number used for the original booking.
