Welcome to Dubai International Airport in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Memphis Tours representative will meet you there and then transfer to your hotel by an air-conditioned vehicle. Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
● From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
● Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.
