DAY 1: City Of Origin-Rio De Janeiro (Brazil)

Arrival to the city Rio de Janeiro. Transfer to the Belmond Copacabana Palace hotel. Rest of the day off.

DAY 2: Rio De Janeiro

Guided city tour
City tour to learn about the different scenarios of this carioca city, one of the most important economic, cultural and financial centers in all Brazil. We will enter the Metropolitan Cathedral of São Sebastião, one of the symbols of the metropolis. This temple stands out for its pyramidal structure, reminiscent of the religious buildings of pre-Columbian America. After this, we will go to the center of Rio to get into the local culture, for which we will climb the Selaron stairs and cross the Lapa arches on board our vehicle.

DAY 3: Rio De Janeiro

Tour to Pao de Azúcar and Corcovado
After breakfast, we will pick you up at your accommodation to start your activity. The first stop will be at the top of Mount Corcovado, where we will find the famous statue of Christ the Redeemer, considered one of the seven wonders of the modern world. From the viewpoint, we will have a spectacular panoramic view of the city of Rio de Janeiro. From there, we will depart towards the base of the Morro de Pan de Azúcar, where two cable cars connect to the summit, 395 m above Rio.

DAY 4: Rio De Janeiro

Day free to enjoy the famous Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, among others.
In the evening, farewell dinner to enjoy a wonderful meal in the most traditional and "carioca" gastrobar: Rio Scenarium, located in one of the oldest mansions in the city. Decorated with radio, television and music elements from the different eras of Brazil, we will appreciate an incredible dinner accompanied by a live show, in this restaurant categorized as one of the best ten in the world.

DAY 5: Rio De Janeiro-Foz De Iguazu

At the agreed time, transfer to the airport to take a domestic flight to the town of Foz do Iguazu. In the subtropical corner of southwestern Brazil (2 hours), the Iguazu Falls are undoubtedly one of the most extraordinary natural wonders in the world. A total of 275 falls can be seen through a dense forest on a 2.5km stretch. Transfer to hotel Belmond das Cataratas. Rest of the day free to spend at leisure. After breakfast, we will go to the Brazilian side of the falls, from where there is a wide panorama of these magnificent waterfalls, and there are some excellent opportunities to photograph the full sweep of the waterfalls. Before leaving the Brazilian side, you can stop at the excellent and peculiar bird park just outside the entrance to the Iguazu National Park (optional). The enclosure houses a wide variety of birds and wildlife, including toucans, trogons and coatis, from the same family as the raccoon.

DAY 7: Foz De Iguazu

Explore the Argentine side of the falls. From the National Park Visitor Center, where there is an exhibition that illustrates the biodiversity of the region's rainforest, a small train powered by natural gas will transport us to the Cataratas station, where the high road begins. This sequence of walkways links dozens of small basalt islands at the top of a steep rock and the walkways cross the countless streams of the Iguazu River as they cascade over the edge of the precipice.

DAY 8: Foz De Iguazu-Buenos Aires (Argentina)

DAY 9: Buenos Aires

Guided City tour
We will tour the city that gave rise to tango with its main attractions and traditions. We will know in depth the Argentine culture, its gastronomy, and its history. We will start touring the neighborhoods of the northern area such as Recoleta and Palermo where we will find the typical characteristics such as its wide avenues, its palaces, and residences and its green spaces that are the most important ones in Buenos Aires. The tour will continue through the Center where we will travel the widest avenue in the world and we will pass by the Teatro Colón and the Obelisco, a distinctive icon of Buenos Aires and Argentina par excellence. We will have our first stop in the Plaza de Mayo, the historic center of the city and where our independence was established by 1810. Here we will find The Government House (Casa Rosada), The Metropolitan Cathedral and the Cabildo. We will have time to tour, take photos and continue to the south. We will visit the neighborhood of San Telmo, the smallest neighborhood of the city but the one with more tradition and customs of our own, to go then to the neighborhood of La Boca (according to its neighbors "La Boca Republic"). There we will have a new stop where we can walk the Caminito passage (open-air museum) and time for taking some photos in the area and in front of the Boca Juniors Stadium, La Bombonera. The last neighborhood we will visit will be the newest in the city, Puerto Madero.

DAY 13: Santiago De Chile

Guided city tour
We will go down to the cobbled Lastarría neighborhood, characterized by its green areas and beautiful nineteenth-century mansions, which are currently restored and transformed into picturesque cafés, restaurants, bookstores and even museums.
Then, we will continue on our way to Cerro Santa Lucia, where we will have free time to walk and take pictures, while our guide tells us some of the most important episodes in the history of Santiago. From its terraces, we will enjoy the panoramic views of the city, as well as the relics and constructions of the colonial era such as Castillo Hidalgo.
On our way to the next stop, we will see emblematic sites of the city such as the iconic Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral of Santiago with its impressionist architecture, along with the current National Congress. We will visit the government house called “La Moneda and the Plaza de la Constitución” and learn about its interesting history. Then we will go to the Central Market, one of the most characteristic gastronomic points of the city, to continue through the northern sector of the capital and end our day.

Half-day archaeological tour
San Pedro de Atacama is the archeological capital of Chile. In addition to its spectacular landscapes, its history is also a fundamental part of the experience of those who visit it.
We will know the most important archaeological sites in the region and travel through time to inquire about the origins of the Atacameño and Lican Antai cultures.
We will visit Pucará de Quitor, where much of Chilean history took place in the famous Battle of Quitor, one of the first between Spaniards and indigenous peoples.
We will continue the tour with a stop at the Atacameña farm where a local family will receive us and teach us about agricultural traditions while enjoying delicious tastings of local products.
Our next stop, the town of Tulor, is the oldest settlement in the Salinas de Atacama (dating between 800 BC and 500 AD) and has been miraculously preserved among the sand.
Finally, we will go to the center of San Pedro de Atacama to return to colonial times and visit the Church of San Pedro, a national monument, built of adobe, clay, cactus wood, chañar and carob trees in 1745.

Full-day excursion through the Altiplanic and Saline lagoons of Atacama
The tour begins with a visit to the town of Toconao, built on volcanic stones, famous for its heritage architecture of the church of San Lucas and its bell tower, declared a national monument.
We will continue towards Laguna Chaxa. A landscape of spectacular beauty divided into a series of water mirrors, flamingo ecosystem and various bird species.
Then, we will continue to the Altiplano to walk through the Miscanti and Miñinques lagoons at more than 4200 m. a. s. l. This site is an amazing destination, habitat of a wide variety of birds and surrounded by impressive volcanoes caused by the elevation of the Andes.
Finally, before returning, we will visit the Jere Valley, while its landscape gives us dazzling views of the Licancabur and Lascar volcanoes. Our tour of the Altiplano starts early in the morning to appreciate the sunrise in one of the most important geothermal fields in the world: Los Geiseres del Tatio.
There are more than 70 geysers with boiling steam pools. The best option is to observe them in the morning to be able to appreciate the contrast of colors between the intense blue of the sky and the pristine steam of the geysers. After sunrise, we will enjoy a deserved breakfast in the shadow of the Andes.
On our way back to San Pedro de Atacama, we will travel through beautiful landscapes, enjoying the valleys, flora, and fauna, and then make a stop in the town of Machuca.
The inhabitants of Machuca are dedicated entirely to tourism and the sale of handmade Andean souvenirs, as well as the sale of traditional cuisines such as llama meat, sopaipillas, and empanadas.

We will continue on our way to Ollantaytambo, a town of great relevance for the Inca empire since its strategic location served as a military, agricultural and religious entrance to administer and control the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Is Latin America safe to visit?

Latin America is a very large continent, and there are many areas that are safe to visit. In most parts, tourists need only to exercise the caution that they would have in any vacation spot—pay attention to surroundings, wear a money belt, and avoid dark and deserted areas—to avoid becoming crime victims. The scenarios that involve tourists usually involve non-violent pick-pocketing or muggings. In South America, we recommend not to make it obvious that you’re a tourist. Try to not speak a foreign language out loud. In addition, you should keep valuable items such as your passport, camera, and your wallet in a pocket or bag in front of you. While sitting outside at a restaurant keep your things on your lap or tied to the foot of the chair.

  • In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy.
