Day 1: Arrive Amman

On this day of your Jordan Short Break your tour manager will meet and assist you upon your arrival at Amman International Airport. After that you will be transferred to your hotel in Amman by a private air-conditioned vehicle for check in. Upon arrival at the hotel he will do your check in and give you detailed information concerning your tomorrow’s trip. Overnight in Amman.

Day 2: Jerash and Dead Sea Tour

On the Second day of your Jordan Short Break After breakfast, we will drive towards north to Jerash, situated in the foothills of the mountain of Gilead, the ancient city is a reminiscent of the Roman Empire. Being one of the largest and well-preserved sites of Roman Architecture outside of Italy its grandeur can be seen in the colonnaded street, Oval Plaza the Nymphaeum and the Temple of Artemis.

After this we will drive towards the Dead Sea, Being the lowest point on earth and filled with a variety of minerals with medicinal properties the site has developed into a health spa-like hotspot. The mineral concentration in the mud is used for therapeutic and beauty treatments. Queen Cleopatra and Sheba both were said to have known the value of the site and used it. Due too high salinity the water supports no form of life hence the name the Dead Sea and floating is very easy. Be sure to prepare to swim and relax in the mud before heading back to Amman for Overnight

Day 3: Petra Tour

After breakfast drive about 2.5 hours to the Rose Red City of Petra, Jordan’s largest attraction. First started in the 6 th century B.C. by Nabataean Arabs the city boasts beautiful facades carved directly into the walls of the mountain sides. Arriving at the visitor’s center it’s a 700 meter walk to the Siq entrance which is an impressive 1200 meter long gorge of a kaleidoscope of colors the towers more than 80 meters above you and it will lead you to the wonderful treasury.

As you exit the chasm you’re instantly transfixed by the beauty of Petra, chosen as one of the New World Wonders, the place speaks for itself. After your time at Petra you make your way back through the Siq before returning to Amman for overnight.

Day 4: Final Departure

    Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and are valid till 30 April 2018, with the exceptions of Christmas and New Years holidays.

 

  • Children Policy

- Infants up to 5.99 years old are free of charge for the tour package sharing parent’s accommodations

- Children 6 to 11.99 years old sharing parents accommodations with an extra bed is half the price of an adult rate

- Children 12 years old and above are considered adults, full rates apply

- Children policy is applied for children who share rooms with their parents.

 

  • Deposit and Payment
    Reservations are strongly encouraged to be made as soon as possible to book your desired tours. Bookings will be guaranteed upon receiving a deposit of 25 %. This deposit is apart of your final payment price. Payments can be done by credit card, wire transfer or Western Union.

    Free entry visas are issued upon arrival if traveling into Amman International Airport; Please Check your country’s visa policy with Jordan from Here
    If staying for less than 3 Nights a visa fee of 56.00 USD is required, a valid passport of at least 6 months is also needed prior to entry

 

  • Tipping
    Like most countries tipping is customary to show ones satisfaction with good services. You are in no way obliged to do so however if you’re willing to do so it would be well appreciated.
