Movenpick Ms Royal Lotus
Want a Nile cruise that combines Swiss hospitality with Egypt's greatest temples? Movenpick MS Royal Lotus is a 5-star deluxe ship with two options: a 5-day sailing from Luxor every Monday and a 4-day sailing from Aswan every Friday. Both are full board, with guided visits and entrance fees included.
How comfortable is Movenpick MS Royal Lotus?
You can choose one of 60 cabins, each about 22 square meters, or one of 2 Royal Suites. Every room has panoramic Nile views, air conditioning, satellite TV, internet access, and a private bathroom. Between tours, you can swim in the large pool, have a drink at the bar, book a spa treatment, or use the gym.
What will you see between Luxor and Aswan?
Your Egyptologist guide leads you through Karnak and Luxor Temples, the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. A horse-drawn carriage ride to Edfu's Temple of Horus is included, and Kom Ombo stands right on the riverbank. In Aswan, you'll visit the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and Philae Temple. If you sail from Aswan, Movenpick MS Royal Lotus stays docked until early afternoon, so you have time for an optional Abu Simbel trip.
