Day1: Arrival Amman
Your tour manager will meet and greet you upon arrival at Queen Alia Airport with a sign with your name on it. Afterwards you will be transferred to your hotel in Amman and overnight in Amman.
Day2: Desert Castles
Day3: Amman City Tour / Dead Sea
Breakfast. Morning tour of Amman, visiting the Roman Theater, the Citadel, the Archaeological and Folklore museums and the modern parts of Amman. In the afternoon, depart to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on the surface of Earth for a swim in its warm, salty waters. Return to hotel in Amman for overnight.
Day4: Jerash / Ajloun
After breakfast, you will be transferred towards north to Jerash, the best example of a Roman provincial city in the whole Middle East. Visit Oval Plaza, Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum, the Temple of Artemis, fountains and its city walls pierced by towers and gates. Then move to Ajloun Castle. It was built by Izz Al-Din Usama, one of Salah Al-Din's generals in 1184 AD. Back to your hotel in Amman and overnight.
Day5: Madaba / Nebo / Kerak / Petra
After Breakfast. Drive southwards along the Kings’ Way to Madaba, visiting Madaba's St. George's church, which contains the oldest mosaic map of the Holy Land and Mt. Nebo with its endearing monastery overlooking the Dead Sea. Drive through the magnificent scenery of Wadi Mujib to Kerak to visit the Crusader Castle. Continue south to Petra. Overnight at hotel.
Breakfast. Petra was first established in around 6th century B.C by the Nabatean’s, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundations of a commercial empire that extended up to Syria. You will begin the trip on horseback to the canyon, the so called Siq, and then by foot to the most beautiful monument: the Treasury. Among other monuments you will see the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh’s Castle. Overnight at hotel.
Day7: Petra / Wadi Rum / Amman
Breakfast. Visit Wadi Rum Desert in a 4x4 vehicle for three hours and explore its moon-like landscape. This is where the film “Lawrence of Arabia” was shot. If time permits, an optional short visit to Aqaba on the Red Sea to do some snorkeling and enjoy the sea. 4 hours transfer back to Amman hotel. Overnight in Amman.
Day 8: Final departure
Breakfast. Transfer to Queen Alia International Airport, and assistance with departure formalities.

Entry Visa to JordanYou need to have a valid passport at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date to enter Jordan. The cost of single entry visa for all nationalities is 40 JD around (around $57) obtained upon arrival at the airport; for multiple entries it is 60 JD (around $85) and can be obtained at the nearest embassy/consulate.
