Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, a Memphis Tours representative meets you before immigration to help obtain your entry visa and breeze you through customs. Step outside into the bustling streets of Cairo, and relax as a private driver whisks you to your boutique hotel in the heart of Old Islamic Cairo. Settle in and soak up the atmosphere – you’re surrounded by historic architecture and the sounds of a city that never sleeps. Tonight is free to rest after your flight. After enjoying a delicious wholesome Egyptian breakfast, your personal guide will take you to the Giza Plateau to start your journey by marveling at one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Take a walk around the Plateau and visit the iconic Sphinx and Valley Temple. Once you are done with your Pyramids visit, you’ll go for lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant and then head over to the Sakkara district where you will visit the Sakkara Complex and the first pyramid ever built, the Djoser Pyramid.

After breakfast, the first stop will be the New Grand Egyptian Museum — Egypt’s newest landmark, located just two kilometres from the pyramids. It showcases over 100,000 artefacts spanning 5,000 years and features the complete Tutankhamun collection, displayed together for the very first time. After that, you’ll go for lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant.

Check out after breakfast and transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. On arrival, meet your local guide and visit:
- The vast Karnak Temple Complex is one of the largest religious sites in the world.
- Luxor Temple, connected to Karnak by the ancient Avenue of Sphinxes, and the Obelisk of Ramses II.
After touring, check into your Luxor hotel. This evening, you can relax or join an optional Sound & Light Show at Karnak (extra cost).

After breakfast, you can:

- Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari.

After the tour, transfer to Esna and board your Dahabiya Nuun or Nuut. Settle into your cabin and start your Nile journey, sailing south as you enjoy fresh lunch and later dinner on board.

Cross the Esna Lock early in the morning and enjoy breakfast on deck with Nile views.
- Stop at El Kab village, visiting El Kab Temple and glimpsing mud-brick houses and everyday village life.
- Sail on to Edfu and visit the Temple of Horus, one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples.
- Travel by horse-drawn carriage to and from the temple, passing fields, markets, and local life.
Return to the boat and continue sailing, passing lush landscapes dotted with palm trees. Anchor near Sheikh Rehan Island for a relaxed dinner on board.

Enjoy breakfast while sailing to Gebel Silsela.

Savor breakfast on board while your Dahabiya sails to Kom Ombo.

Return to the Dahabiya and continue sailing toward Aswan, with lunch and dinner served on board as you watch life unfold on the riverbanks.

After one last breakfast on the Dahabiya, disembark in Aswan.

After your visit, your representative will escort you to Aswan Airport for your flight back to Cairo. On arrival, you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel for your final night in Egypt.
