Itinerary

Welcome to Peru! Our team will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to rest or explore, if time allows.
Overnight in Lima.

After breakfast, we'll transfer you to the airport for your flight to Arequipa, the "White City," where our team will greet you. In the afternoon, the city opens its doors: begin at the Carmen Alto viewpoint, gazing over farming terraces toward the three guardian volcanoes—Misti, Chachani, and Pichu Picchu. Continue to the colonial Yanahuara district with its Andalusian-style church and sillar-stone arches, then step inside the Monastery of Santa Catalina, a hidden city of narrow streets, plazas, and gardens closed to the world for nearly 400 years. Finish at the Main Square, home to the Cathedral and the 17th-century Church of La Compañía de Jesús.
Overnight in Arequipa.

Meals: Breakfast

This morning, we head into the countryside. Explore the Paucarpata District and its pre-Inca farming terraces, visit the 18th-century Sabandía Mill—still turning to this day—and the elegant colonial Founder's Mansion. Lunch follows, and Arequipa's flavours will surprise you.
Overnight in Arequipa.

Meals; Breakfast

After breakfast, we set off by bus to Puno, a seven-hour journey through some of Peru's most beautiful scenery. Skirt the slopes of Chachani with sweeping views of Misti and Pichu Picchu, cross the Pampa Cañahuas reserve where llamas, vicuñas, alpacas, and vizcachas roam, and pass through traditional High Andean villages. On arrival, we'll transfer you to your hotel.
Overnight in Puno.

Meals; Breakfast

A full day on Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake on earth. First, Taquile Island—a place of striking beauty where ancestral traditions live on, and locals happily share their world with you. Then the floating Uros Islands, handwoven from totora reeds by the people who live on them, are where you'll hear their legends, customs, and folklore.
Overnight in Puno.

Meals; Breakfast & Lunch

Today's journey to Cusco is an adventure in itself. Visit the Pucará site museum, pause at La Raya—the route's highest point at 4,335 m—and explore Raqchi, one of the great temples to the god Wiracocha. Enjoy a buffet lunch in Sicuani, then admire the church of Andahuaylillas, known as the Sistine Chapel of South America, before arriving in Cusco.
Overnight in Cusco.

Meals; Breakfast & Lunch

A free morning, then explore the colonial city built atop Inca palaces. Visit the Main Square, the golden Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha), and the Cathedral with its remarkable paintings and sculptures. Continue to mighty Sacsayhuamán—fortress, temple, and observatory in one—then Q'enco, shrine to fire; Puca Pucara, the Inca checkpoint; and Tambomachay, sanctuary of water and fertility.
Overnight in Cusco.

Meals: Breakfast

Into the Sacred Valley. Wander the narrow streets and famous handicraft market of Pisac, enjoy a buffet lunch in Urubamba, then discover Ollantaytambo—a living Inca town of ancient canals and foundations, crowned by a spectacular complex of terraces, forts, plazas, and the megalithic Real Casa del Sol.
Overnight in the Sacred Valley.

Meals: Breakfast & Lunch

The moment you've been waiting for. Board the train to Machu Picchu, a Wonder of the World and UNESCO World Heritage Site. A two-hour guided tour reveals temples, palaces, plazas, and the streets of its military and agricultural quarters, all cradled by an extraordinary mountain landscape and a 32,500-hectare reserve. Enjoy some free time, then descend to Aguas Calientes for lunch before returning to Cusco, where our team will meet you.
