After breakfast, we'll transfer you to the airport for your flight to Arequipa, the "White City," where our team will greet you. In the afternoon, the city opens its doors: begin at the Carmen Alto viewpoint, gazing over farming terraces toward the three guardian volcanoes—Misti, Chachani, and Pichu Picchu. Continue to the colonial Yanahuara district with its Andalusian-style church and sillar-stone arches, then step inside the Monastery of Santa Catalina, a hidden city of narrow streets, plazas, and gardens closed to the world for nearly 400 years. Finish at the Main Square, home to the Cathedral and the 17th-century Church of La Compañía de Jesús.
Overnight in Arequipa.

This morning, we head into the countryside. Explore the Paucarpata District and its pre-Inca farming terraces, visit the 18th-century Sabandía Mill—still turning to this day—and the elegant colonial Founder's Mansion. Lunch follows, and Arequipa's flavours will surprise you.
