Wahiba Wilderness Tour

Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in AUD, Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour all inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the lowest price possible. Once your tour is confirmed we guarantee the price will not be changed.

• 0 - 5.99 Free of Charge.
• 6 - 11.99 pay 50% of tour price.
• 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.

We are offering you to pay a low down payment of just 25% to keep your place on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid only two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour guide. This will give you the chance to book your tour with no risk or any loss.

After your trip is confirmed, we will email you with the final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include: contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
 
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
●    From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
●    Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
●    Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
●    Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
 
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.

We make a donation to the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation for each booking reserved. 

• The guide/driver will meet you at the hotel with a sign of Memphis Tours or your Name.
• Friday departures available with pick up time 12:00 pm.
• Providing a working cell phone number will help reaching you in case of any changes or emergency.
• Pick up from Al Sawadi resort, Al Nahda resort, Millennium and Siwafy Boutique Hotel are available with additional cost for some tours.
