Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound.The prices quoted per person per tour and the prices are always updated to ensure you receive the lowest price possible  and are valid until March 31, 2024 except during Christmas and New Year.. Once your tour is confirmed we guarantee the price will not be changed. 

• From 0 to 1.99 years : free of charge.
• Between 2 and 11.99 years : pay 50% of adult rate.
• From 12 years is considered as adult person and pay same rate of adult.

If your tour package includes airfare then extra charges for your children may apply

Notes:

Child pricing applies to children who share rooms with their parents.
If your tour includes airfare, ferry boat or train tickets, an extra supplement will be applicable to the child.

We are offering you to pay a low down payment of just 25% to keep your place on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid only two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour guide. This will give you the chance to book your tour with no risk or any loss.

After your tour is confirmed we will email final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
 
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
●    From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.
●    Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
●    Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
●    Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
 
Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.

Memphis Tours offers a very flexible cancelation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and destination. In the event that this happens, we will be refunding you the amount paid in full. Here at Memphis Tours we prioritize your well-being and safety above anything else and aim that our cancellation policy reflect that.
