What are the dates?
Book between 1 September and 31 December 2026, and arrive in your destination on or before 31 December 2026. The arrival date is what counts.
When do the 10,000 points arrive?
Thirty days after you finish travelling, credited automatically to your Encore Rewards account.
How long do the points last?
Twelve months from the date they're credited. They can be applied to any future Memphis Tours booking.
Can I combine it with another promotion?
The Encore Passport rate replaces other discounts on the same booking.
What if I need to cancel?
Standard cancellation terms for your package apply. If a trip is cancelled, the points for it aren't issued.
