Day 1: Arrival at Muscat

Your tour manager will meet & assist you at Muscat International Airport after luggage & customs area, and then he will escort you to your hotel and overnight in Muscat.

Day 2: Muscat By Night City Tour

We shall proceed to see the Sultan's Palace, built by the Portuguese in the 16th century during their rule of the coastal cities of Oman. The next stop is the Bait Al Zubair Museum. Opened in 1998, Bait Al Zubair Museum is located in the old city of Muscat. The museum is a small townhouse that has been converted to display the old archaeological findings and Omani traditions such as Omani artifacts and collectables, including a group of conventional weapons, jewelers, clothing, household items and some old models representing Omani rural. From here you will drive to the Corniche. The Corniche is near the main Mina Al Sultan Qaboos port of Oman and the Muttrah souk. A short halt will allow you to visit the souq and stock up on all the typical Oman souvenirs that are sold in almost every shop!.The souk offers a wide range of goods, the Omani Dagger or Khanjar and beautiful silver handicrafts and Pashmina shawls.You will drive to the Grand Mosque for a photo stop. The Mosque is beautiful by night, as it is illuminated from all sides with floor spotlights and the grandeur of its architectural genius truly comes alive. Drive back to the hotel.

Day 3: Nakhl - Wadi Bani Auf - Bilad Sayt - Al Hamra

Breakfast in the hotel and check out. Pick up at 8:00am. Short stop to visit Amouage factory. Founded over a quarter of a century ago, Amouage is a niche luxury fragrance house that draws inspiration from its birthplace of the Sultanate of Oman. The next stop is Nakhl which also has the highest fort in Oman, standing proudly on top of a hilltop. The fort is 350 years old and is set in a gorge, surrounded by a mountain enclave. Stop at Wadi Bani Auf where the main attraction is the old houses nestled on the slopes of the mountain and this Wadi is also well known as the snake gorge because of the wide variety of desert snakes that live here. Proceed to Bilad Sayt a village that is famous for its clay houses and the Oasis in which the village population lives. After this visit, enjoy a picnic lunch on top of the mountain. Continue driving to Al Hamra a 400-year-old town in the region of Ad Dakhiliyah. Then proceed to Misfat Al Abryeen which is one of the prettiest traditional villages in Oman. Go down to Nizwa and check in to the hotel.

Day 4: Bahla - Jabreen - Wadi Maeeden - Jebel Akhdar

Breakfast in the hotel and check out, pick up at 8:00am. Drive to Oasis of Tanuf springs. Tanuf village has ruined houses nestled in the mountain side and these houses were destroyed during the War of Al Jabal in 1953. Some 40km west of Nizwa, the small town of Bahla is famous for its gigantic fort. We proceed on to the Jabreen castle, the finest of Oman's castles built during the late 17th century, which became a seat for Omani education and learning. Jabreen Fort was built by Imam Sultan bin Saif Al Ya'arubi in 1670 as a defensive stronghold and as living accommodation for the Imam. It has two huge towers with walls two meters thick. Lunch in local restaurant. Proceed to the Wadi of Maydeen. This Wadi is located at the foot of the Jabals and has a beautiful natura spring water source. And then Proceed to drive up to the Jabal Akhdar, or Green Mountain in Arabic. Then check in to the hotel.

Day 5: Saiq Plateu - Wadi Bani Habib - Wahiba

Breakfast in the hotel and check out, pick up at 8:00am and drive down to Nizwa. There are many short walks and long hikes to do in Jebal Akhdar. Also famous for its fruits, rose and nut plantations, there are many small villages which farm some of the best in Oman. Jebal Akhdar is not just a spectacular landscape but is bursting with history waiting to be seen. Then drive to Wadi Bani Habib - a green and photogenic but deserted village on top of Saiq Plateau, Jabal Akhdar. Drive to Birkat Al Mauz or village of clay. There is a full settlement of clay ruins (ancient houses) that are still partially inhabited and was once very famous for the banana plantations. One can also see how the traditional irrigation system that was used centuries ago and till date functions as the village uses it to nourish the Oasis. Lunch in local restaurant and proceed to Wahiba. The setting in the bare wilderness of the desert emphasizes the beauty of the virgin golden sand dunes surrounding the camp. The camp’s serene environment and simplicity is a wonderful experience after our daily urban lives in the city. Stop to visit a Bedouin home (Camel ride optional) Sleep sheltered by Bedouin style accommodation under a roof of starry skies. Enjoy a traditional Arabic meal, Omani coffee and dates. Day 6: Wadi Bani Khalid - Sur

Breakfast in the camp and check out, pick up at 8:00am. Drive to Wadi Bani Khalid. The wadi has clear deep cool waters, where the shade of the palm trees is inviting for a relaxing siesta! Catch a glimpse of the pretty villages scattered all over Wadi Bani Khalid as they cling precariously to the slopes of the rugged mountain-side (Please bring along your swim-wear, the clear waters of the Wadi are very inviting! Also please note that light clothing and walking shoes may be more suitable on this trip). Continue to Sur and visit the fishermen’s harbor where you can witness the fishermen in action. Lunch in local restaurant. After lunch, continue towards to Ras Al Hadd. Check in to the hotel and short rest. After a refreshing shower, drive to Carapace Centre and assemble in the main lobby of Carapace.

Day 7: Coastal Road To Muscat

Breakfast in the hotel and check out. 08:00 AM – pick up from the hotel. Proceed on to the Dhow building yard. Dhows are traditional Omani wooden fisher boats that are even today, built by hand. Continue via Qalhat where Bibi Miriam’s tomb (photo stop from the main highway) is located. Proceed to Wadi Tiwi - another spectacularly deep and narrow gorge carved out of the mountains, running between towering cliffs right down to the sea. After visiting the Wadi – proceed to the white beaches of Finns where picnic lunch will be served. Also see the Bimah Sinkhole, a natural hole in the round created by a collapsing mountain. The hole is filled with blue-green sea water. Finally we pass through the village of Quriyat, guarded by its 18th century fort and return to Muscat.

Day 8: Departure Transfer

After breakfast, transfer to Muscat International Airport for final departure

Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid until September 30.2018, except during Easter, Christmas 2018 and New Year 2019 holidays.

- If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry boat, an extra supplement for your child may apply.


Payment Policy:

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book your desired Oman Packages tour, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 50 %. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by credit cards, wire transfer and or the Western Union, and the balance of payment to be paid one week before tour start date.


Oman Entry Visa:
You need to have a valid passport at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date to enter Oman. The cost of single entry visa is OMR5 (around £8) for 10 days obtained upon arrival at the airport.For more info on entry visa to Oman please check with the Oman consulate or embassy at your country.
