Welcome to Egypt! On arrival at Cairo International Airport, a Memphis Tours representative meets you before immigration, assists with entry formalities, and transfers you by private, air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel. After check-in, they will review your itinerary and confirm pick-up times for the coming days.



Overnight: Cairo

After breakfast, meet your private Egyptologist guide and head to the Giza Plateau:

• Visit the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
• See the mysterious Sphinx and the Valley Temple.

Enjoy lunch at a local Egyptian restaurant, then continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) in Giza, now fully open and showcasing treasures from across Egypt’s ancient history, just a short distance from the pyramids. After your visit, transfer back to your hotel.

Visits: Great Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, Valley Temple, Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM)

After breakfast, your private Egyptologist guide will take you on a full-day tour of Cairo, showing you the city’s most iconic historical sites. During the tour, you will:

• Visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) and see Egypt’s Royal Mummies
• Explore Old Cairo, including some of the oldest churches and its atmospheric streets
• Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant
• Visit the Salah El-Din Citadel and the Mosque of Mohammed Ali, with panoramic views over Cairo

After the tour, transfer back to your hotel for the evening.

Early this morning, your tour manager transfers you to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you’re met and taken in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to explore:

• The beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis.
• The Unfinished Obelisk, revealing how ancient Egyptians carved their monuments.

After sightseeing, transfer to your Aswan hotel for a relaxed evening.

After breakfast, join your small group and drive by modern, air-conditioned coach to Abu Simbel, one of Egypt’s most spectacular sites. The twin temples built by Ramses II and dedicated to gods such as Amun-Re and Hathor were famously relocated by UNESCO to save them from flooding.
Return to Aswan and board your Nile cruise. Settle into your cabin and enjoy dinner on board as your cruise experience begins.

Enjoy breakfast on board. You may relax on deck or join an optional excursion to a Nubian Village by motorboat to meet local families and learn about their traditions and colorful homes (optional; extra cost).
Later, sail to Kom Ombo and visit the unique Kom Ombo Temple, dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile-headed god, and Horus the Elder. Return to the ship for dinner and continue sailing toward Edfu.

This morning, visit the Edfu Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. Return to the ship and enjoy lunch as you sail through the Esna Lock towards Luxor.
On arrival in Luxor, explore the East Bank with your guide:

• The vast Karnak Temple Complex, once one of the greatest religious centers in the ancient world.
• The elegant Luxor Temple, beautifully lit in the evening.

Return to the cruise for dinner and overnight on board.

After breakfast, disembark your cruise and cross to the West Bank of Luxor:

• Visit the Valley of the Kings (entry to 3 standard tombs included).
• See the striking Temple of Hatshepsut (El Deir El Bahari).
• Stop at the towering Colossi of Memnon.

After your sightseeing, drive by air-conditioned vehicle to Hurghada on the Red Sea (approx. 5-hour drive), where you’ll check into your resort and begin the beach portion of your trip.

Spend the day relaxing at your Soft All-Inclusive resort, or join an optional snorkeling trip to Giftun Island. On this excursion, you’ll visit different snorkeling spots known for colorful coral reefs and fish, with the chance (conditions permitting) to see dolphins and enjoy watersports (optional; extra cost).

Relax by the pool or join an optional Hurghada Desert Safari by Jeep 4×4 (optional; extra cost). The adventure typically includes:

• A 4×4 drive through the desert to a Bedouin village
• Short camel ride and quad-biking around the area
• Barbecue dinner with soft drinks and a simple show, followed by stargazing

Return to your hotel for the night.

After breakfast, enjoy some free time at your resort before transferring to Hurghada Airport for your flight back to Cairo. On arrival, you’ll be met and taken to your hotel near the airport or in the city for your final night.
