Be extremelly careful with this Agency! If they are good for working your quote, It becomes a nighmare after! I booked a trip in end of Sept 2010 for April 2011 for 4 person and amount of approx. 11 000 USD + Int'l flight on top so a good deal for them I would say. No one from Memphis Tour ever mention me proactively any point regarding the cancellation policy. Therefore I had to ask by email what were the exact & full T&C's. They communicated to me the following: Greetings from Memphis tours 1- Please fin bellow our cancellation policy : Cancellation should be received in writing document by fax or email. In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied : Between 40 and 30 days 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted. Between 29 and 15 days 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted. Between 1 and 14 days 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted. No refunds are possible for No-Show. Having those elements provided, & ONLY THOSE ELEMENTS! I've booked my trip & paid 50% in advance. Then no more news or update from them on my trip for the next 2 months. At mid Dec 2010, I had to cancel my trip & did it on Nov 2010 so much before the prior 40 days! I discovered that I had to pay 6% of cancellation "bank fee" which is a real rip-off!!! as never ever mentioned in my communication with Memphis Tour!! I refused & then was said to go on their website where it's clearly mentioned! My question to them "so why not having said that BEFORE???" Sorry sir, it's a mistake from our side but this is it! To be clear: either it's a mistake & they have to assume it or even worse, it's done on purpose to "trap" the customer!!) Since that they have refused to take those 6% for them, even if tehy recognised their mistake!! They have proposed me to retrieve 150 USD (which I accepted to be gentle & go quickly) & now I'm discovering it's 150 USD less but still have to pay 6%-150 USD !!! What a Customer's Intimacy & service!!!??? Memphis Tour is pretending I agreed to receive only 150 USD which is purely the opposite of our agreement! I also have to mention that meanwhile I've been fully refund of my payment from Emirates Airlmines without any problem!!!
