Dear Fatma,
When we arrived home my wife and I were looking for a way to post comments about our trip to Egypt, on your web site. Having found no way to do so I thought I'd email them to you.
It was from start to finish an amazing experience and one that we someday hope to do again. From our arrival at the airport to our departure, Memphis tours performed not only as promised but worked hard to make last minute adjustments to our schedule, to help make our trip more than even we had planned.
Special thanks go to our tour guide Badawy Mahmoud in both Aswan and Luxor. He stayed with us the entire time and explained to us more than we could ever hope to know about Egyptian Pharos and gods, in a way that was simple to understand without missing anything out. His use of English and expressions made it such, that my wife who speaks English as a second language, not only enjoyed his explanations and company, but had no difficulty understanding the long story that Egypt has to tell. He truly is a great asset to your company.
Additional thanks must also go to Ahmed Shalpy who made every effort to change and alter our schedule when we required it to be done. He did more to make our trip to Egypt a memorable experience then was required by him to do so.
When we return again these are 2 people that we will definatly be wanting to see again. Together they made this the best tour that we have ever been on.
