Memphis tours was outstanding on our tour of Egypt last April, starting with their patient tour consultant Abdo Younis who put together a great itinerary for us. As it turned out, once in Egypt, we made some changes which they were able to accommodate without a fuss. Our hotel was comfortable, the included breakfasts were very satisfactory, and the guides graciously hosted our vegetarian lunches at good restaurants. Our Tour Leader Ahmed, was without a doubt, the most solicitous person we have met in our travels. He was there every day to greet us at our hotel and to make sure we were comfortable.He received us at Cairo airport, and saw us off in a dramatic departure late at night:our return flight had been canceled due to the volcano eruption in Iceland, and he stayed with us helping us with a flight back to USA.He also had to keep odd hours to help us with our flight to and from the Nile Cruise. Throughout all this he was very professional and very friendly. Kudos to him. The best part of the tour was the private car, driver and guide for just the two of us. All the guides who took us under their respective wings did a superb job to ensure that we were comfortable as they explained the wonders of Egypt to us, including the Nile Cruise portion. During the entire tour, all the pink shirted representatives of Memphis Tours we met at every location were very professional and made sure that we were comfortable. Altogether, it was an extremely satisfying visit to Egypt, one of our best trips we have been on,and to give credit where it is due, it was entirely thanks to Memphis Tours.
