Day 1 : Kathmandu

This morning arrive at Tribhuvan International airport. Hi-Tour representatives will meet you outside the customs gate and escort you to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle

Hotel check-in time is 14:00 Noon. At the hotel, a traditional welcome of aarti- tikka- garland will be accorded. Non-alcoholic drink will be served as a welcome drink.

Rooms will be pre- assigned with VIP amenities - cookies, fruit baskets. Check in your rooms.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Kathmandu

After breakfast visit to Pashupati Nath Temple, the holiest Hindu Temple that draws devotees from all over Nepal and India. This temple is situated on the bank of Bagmati River, which is considered as holy as Ganges. Cremation goes throughout the days and nights on the bank of Bagmati River. Then, you will drive to Boudha Nath Stupa, the biggest stupa in the world. This is one of the World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu Valley.

This afternoon continue on to Bhaktapur, one of the three principalities of medieval Kathmandu and the cultural city of Nepal. Bhaktapur, was once the capital of Nepal from the 9th to the 14th centuries as well as being the youngest city in the valley. Bhaktapur has managed to preserve its ancient medieval look and originality. See the “Golden Gate” of the “Palace of 55 Windows” the Royal Bath, Taleju Temple, Datratra Square and Pottery Square.

Walking tour of Thamel has been a top hotspot for tourist in Nepal since the 1960s. It is the tourist district of Nepal, located at the center of capital city Kathmandu. For every step you make there is a shop offering varieties of items from handicrafts and singing bowl to sleeping bags and pashmina outfits. In fact tor shoppers who are waiting to discover and be enthralled, there is no better destination than Thamel. Overnight stay .

Optional activity: Relax at Dwarika's by the pool or treat yourself to a massage at the Himalayan Spa.

Day 3: Nayapul

After an optional early morning flight to Mount Everest, we fly to Pokhara (3300 ft /1000 m). We’ll have a briefing breifing about trekking tour before we transfer by road with guides & porters to our trek start point {1-hour}. Our walk will follow a ridgeline in the lower foothills of the Annapurnas with surrounding views of the Pokhara Valley. This route then drops to the Modi River Valley, where our Sanctuary Lodge is located. The lodge has magnificent views of the sacred and unclimbed Fishtail Mountain, or Machhapuchhre, as it is locally known. A picnic lunch is provided with a late afternoon arrival at the Lodge. (Trek time 3-4 hours). Overnight stay.

Day 4: Jhinu Danda

After breakfast, you will leave the lodge to start the trek through the scattered small farms. Following the Modi Khola and with constant view of Mt. Machhapuchhre ahead, you will soon climb the valley towards the mountains. Passing through the rice fields and forest, you will arrive at the Himalaya Lodge in Ghandruk early afternoon to a hot lunch that is served on arrival as you enjoy the spectacular views of Annapurna Massif. Day 5: Annpurna

Leaving the Ghandruk village, the trek descends steeply to the banks of Modi River. Crossing the suspension bridge, we trek up into the Landruk village enjoying the views of Annapurna range passing through the cliffs that where honey hunters climb up on the ropes to hunt the wild bee honey. Lunch will be ready as we arrive at our lodge. After the lunch, you are either rest in your room to rest enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains or go on a sightseeing tour in the village with your guide. Overnight stay.

Day 6: Majhgaon

After breakfast, as your porters pack the bags to leave for the trek, you along with your guide will start your trek passing through the village and farmlands with views of Annapurnas at your back. An easy trek to Majgaon today, you arrive at the Basanta Lodge. You can enjoy the views of the mountains from your room itself relaxing after the trek or spend your time at the garden. You can also take a short walk to the village with our guide. Overnight stay.

Day 7: Dhampus

This morning we start out trekking through the unspoilt village of Patlekhet. Our walk takes us through sub-tropical forests that include tree orchids, rhododendrons and magnolias. Along the way, we will stop at the village of Pothana where many Tibetan traders live and sell their souvenirs. Once again, we aim to reach our next lodge in time for lunch. Our accommodation for the night is at the small, but splendid Ker and Downey Basanta Lodge, where we are treated to sweeping views of the entire Annapurna Range. After lunch at the lodge there will be an optional walk through the old village of Dhampus. Overnight stay.

Day 8: Pokhara

After early morning tea and coffee served on your verandah, you’ll have the opportunity to photograph the stunning scenery of the Annapurnas from several different locations around the Lodge. After breakfast we trek for about an hour to the village of Chandrakot through forests with surrounding views of the valley and mountains. Chandrakot is at an altitude of 1580 m/ 5200 ft. After a further 30 minute walk we arrive at the village of Lumle, which is situated at 1620 m / 5300ft. This is where we meet our vehicle. From Lumle we will return to Pokhara, a 1 hour journey. We then transfer by vehicle to the hotel in Pokhara (40 minutes). Overnight stay.

Day 9 : Pokhara

Today we will proceed for sightseeing tour of Pokhara visit Devi’s Fall, Gupteshor Mahadev, Mahendra Cave, Bat Cave (Chamero Gupha), Peace Stupa, Tibetan Camp, Seti river George and serene Phewa Lake.

Boating in Phewa Lake is one of the exciting refreshments in Pokhara. You can experience the beautiful scenery with snow gladded mountain ranges while boating. The lake even bears the reflection of Mount Annapurna and Mount Machhapuchhre. You will live a very remarkable and cheerful moment in your life during Phewa Lake boating. The serene Phewa Lake and splendid mountain views of Annapurna and Machhapuchhre range will truly enhance your visit to Pokhara. Overnight stay.

Day 10: Dulikhel

Morning flight to Kathmandu and transfer to Dhulikhel en-route visiting the tiny city of Bhaktapur with its impressive 15th Century Palace, upon arrival check in to hotel.

Dhulikhel is best place stunning Himalayan views, beautiful landscape, green jungle, rural areas with stunning Himalayan views of three different range ( Ganesh Himal, Langtang & Rolwaling Himalayan range) .Dhulikhel is 2nd best view center near by kathmandu also 30 kilo meters far from kathmandu where you will enjoy with different Hindu temple and pure local Newari culture + beautiful Himalayan scenery of Gaurishankar 7145m, Dorje Lakpa 6988m, Langtang Lirung 7246m, Ganesh Himal 7604m, Rolwaling Himalayan region. Overnight stay.

Day 11: Final departure - Fly Back Home

Early morning enjoy sunrise Himalayan views at Dhulikhel. Return back to hotel for breakfat.

Later drive towards Kathmandu International airport to connect flight for your onward destination.

Prices:

Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best possible price. Prices valid all the year, except during Christmas 2018 and New Year 2019.

 

 

Child Policy:

- 0 - 4.99 Free of Charge

- 5 - 10 pay 25% of tour price

- 11 - 11.99 pay 50% of tour price

- 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person

 

Note: If the tour package includes flights, trains, jungle safari, private monument, an extra supplement will be applicable to the child.

 

 

Payment Policy: 

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book your desired India tour, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 50 %. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by credit cards, wire transfer and or the Western Union, and the balance of payment to be paid one week before tour start date.

 

Note: Kindly note that in special cases wherein a hotel requires 100% payment in advance (during festive period i.e. Pushkar Fair, Christmas, New Year, etc.), will be payable along with 50% tour deposit. As per hotel policy, this amount will not be refundable.  

 

 

Tour Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to the commencement of the tour by notifying us in writing. The cancellation charges shall be as follows:
 

- From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.

- If you cancel on or before 44-30 days of tour commencement date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.

- If you cancel on or before 29-15 days of tour commencement date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged. 

- Less than 14 Days before arrival 100% cancellation will be applicable. 


Changes By You: 
If you request any changes to your travel arrangements once we have confirmed a booking, all out of pocket charges, including charges imposed by our suppliers, will be payable by you. If after the commencement of your tour you request any changes to your travel arrangements, we will do our best to implement them, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

 

In the event of such change(s) being made, you will be liable for any cancellation charges that may be levied for the previously booked service and for any costs incurred by us and our suppliers in attempting to secure any revised arrangements. Any name changes must be provided to us in writing and are subject to any airline/ train fees or penalties.

 

Passports & Visa Fees:
All Passengers are responsible for securing proper documentation prior to joining the tour. Passports are required; in addition, travellers are advised to check with local consulates for full details regarding Visa requirements. Please note securing a valid visa for entry is the sole responsibility of the traveller.
