This program gives you some ideas for where to go and what to do in Nepal.

Day 1 : Kathmandu

Upon arrival at Kathmandu International airport, you will be met by our welcome ambassador and escorted to your hotel where you will be assisted with Check-in. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 : Kathmandu

Breakfast at Hotel in Kathmandu. After breakfast visit to Pashupati Nath Temple, the holiest Hindu Temple that draws devotees from all over Nepal and India. This temple is situated on the bank of Bagmati River, which is considered as holy as Ganges. Cremation goes throughout the days and nights on the bank of Bagmati River. Then, you will drive to Boudha Nath Stupa, the biggest stupa in the world. This is one of the World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu Valley.

This afternoon continue on to Bhaktapur, one of the three principalities of medieval Kathmandu and the cultural city of Nepal. Bhaktapur, was once the capital of Nepal from the 9th to the 14th centuries as well as being the youngest city in the valley. Bhaktapur has managed to preserve its ancient medieval look and originality. See the “Golden Gate” of the “Palace of 55 Windows” the Royal Bath, Taleju Temple, Datratra Square and Pottery Square.

Evening visit the main tourist district, Thamel, is a sensory feast of colours, sounds and people. After a spot of shopping settle down with a good coffee or beer at one of its many cafes and bars. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Optional activity: Relax at Dwarika's by the pool or treat yourself to a massage at the Himalayan Spa.

Day 3 : Chitwan National Park

After breakfast, drive towards Chitwan. On arrival check in at resort.

Standing on the banks of the river Rapti, Meghauli Serai overlooks a vast expanse of rippling waters and the core of Chitwan National Park. This 30 room lodge is designed to showcase the spectacular wilderness and rooms as well as guest areas afford uninterrupted views of the jungle. The main lounge with an imposing chandelier made with 10,000 Nepalese hand painted beads. The lodge embraces local décor and aesthetics with an abundant use of local art and artefacts. Day 4 : Chitwan National Park

Morning & Afternoon enjoy jeep safaris at Chitwan. Along with the thrill of tiger tracking, is a memorable stop for a picnic breakfast. Afternoon safaris last a couple of hours and end at sunset. The dense jungles of Chitwan have large stretches of Sal with a closed canopy. A safari drive through these patches, with trees towering above and reams of sunlight breaking through the thick canopy is an enchanting experience. Seated in a specially designed safari vehicle, guests drive around the jungle, accompanied by a trained naturalist and an experienced tracker from the local community. Overnight stay at lodge.

Optional activity:

BOATING: A boating expedition down the Narayani River can be both a soothing and exhilarating experience. Cruising on the wide expanse of the river, pockets of rapids propel the boats along, as gentle waves lap at the sides. Sitting inside a lodge hand-carved boat, keep your eyes peeled for a variety of birdlife and wildlife.

Day 5 : Pokhara

Prepare to get up early and follow the elephants to the grass-lands, where the mahouts cut and collect the grass for the elephants to eat during the day. This is a very beautiful experience and varies a lot over the different seasons. Mornings are often misty, and to see the elephants move through the grass is a truly magnificent sight. You may also learn the grass-cutting and binding techniques from the mahouts.

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Pokhara. On arrival check in at Lodge.

Fish Tail Lodge enjoys a unique location situated on a peninsula across Fewa Lake. Shuttle-floats or boats transport you across to the resort. With the lake on one side and a forest hill on the other, the views are spectacular. The panorama of Annapurna range and Mount “Machhapuchre” (Fish Tail), and their reflection on the lake soothe your soul and refresh your spirit. Here you can enjoy a break far from the madding crowd and yet be just a few minutes away from the adventure holiday of your dreams

Enjoy spa at Lodge: The beauty treatments focus on your beauty and concern whereas the body treatments relieve you from all the stress, pain, anxiety and any nervous system issues.

Day 6 : Pokhara

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Pokhara. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight stay at lodge.

Optional activity:

Hiking: We offer good hiking in the foothills of Mount Annapurna. You can choose from several hiking packages such as hiking to world peace pagoda which lies in the top of southern part of Phewa Lake. The pagoda will give you a tremendous view of the Pokhara City, mountain ranges and the Phewa Lake. During the hike you can experience the mesmerizing views of the mountains and greenery of the forest during the hiking.

Boating: Pokhara is well known for the giant Phewa Lake (the second biggest lake of Nepal) which is just in a few minutes of walking…. distance from the lodge. Boating in Phewa Lake is one of the exciting refreshments in Pokhara. You can experience the beautiful scenery with snow gladded mountain ranges while boating.

Day 7 : Kathmandu

After breakfast, check out from hotel and drop at Pokhara airport to connect flight for Kathmandu.

On a clear day you can watch the Annapurna Ranges unfold before you from the aeroplane. Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport you will be transferred to the hotel.

Overnight stay at Lodge.

Day 8 : Fly Back Home

After breakfast, check out from hotel and assisted departure transfer to Kathmandu airport to connect flight for onwards journey.

Prices:

Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best possible price. Prices valid all the year, except during Christmas 2018 and New Year 2019.

 

 

Child Policy:

- 0 - 4.99 Free of Charge

- 5 - 10 pay 25% of tour price

- 11 - 11.99 pay 50% of tour price

- 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person

 

Note: If the tour package includes flights, trains, jungle safari, private monument, an extra supplement will be applicable to the child.

 

 

Payment Policy: 

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book your desired India tour, spaces will be secured upon receiving a deposit of 50 %. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by credit cards, wire transfer and or the Western Union, and the balance of payment to be paid one week before tour start date.

 

Note: Kindly note that in special cases wherein a hotel requires 100% payment in advance (during festive period i.e. Pushkar Fair, Christmas, New Year, etc.), will be payable along with 50% tour deposit. As per hotel policy, this amount will not be refundable.  

 

 

Tour Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to the commencement of the tour by notifying us in writing. The cancellation charges shall be as follows:
 

- From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.

- If you cancel on or before 44-30 days of tour commencement date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.

- If you cancel on or before 29-15 days of tour commencement date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged. 

- Less than 14 Days before arrival 100% cancellation will be applicable. 


Changes By You: 
If you request any changes to your travel arrangements once we have confirmed a booking, all out of pocket charges, including charges imposed by our suppliers, will be payable by you. If after the commencement of your tour you request any changes to your travel arrangements, we will do our best to implement them, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

 

In the event of such change(s) being made, you will be liable for any cancellation charges that may be levied for the previously booked service and for any costs incurred by us and our suppliers in attempting to secure any revised arrangements. Any name changes must be provided to us in writing and are subject to any airline/ train fees or penalties.

 

Passports & Visa Fees:
All Passengers are responsible for securing proper documentation prior to joining the tour. Passports are required; in addition, travellers are advised to check with local consulates for full details regarding Visa requirements. Please note securing a valid visa for entry is the sole responsibility of the traveller.
