Day 1: New Delhi Arrival

Upon arrival at Delhi International airport, you will be met by our welcome ambassador and escorted to your hotel where you will be assisted with Check-in.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: New Delhi Tour

After breakfast, full day city tour of Delhi places to visit: Red fort from outside (closed on every Monday), Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, drive past through Govt buildings, President house, India Gate, Humayun Tomb & Qutb Minar.

In the evening, return back to hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: Welcome Karauli

After breakfast transfer to the railway station to connect train to Agra. Upon arrival meet with our representative and visit Taj Mahal (closed on Friday) . Continue drive towards Kaurauli. On arrival check at hotel Ramatra fort and afternoon free to explore local village.

Day 4: Proceeding Karauli

Morning enjoy walk in the lap of nature in the surroundings. Ramathra Fort has a commanding view of the countryside.

Later return back to hotel for breakfast and afternoon enjoy the visit of fort and temple located nearby.

Day 5: Head to Jaipur

Breakfast, check out from Hotel and drive towards Jaipur. On arrival check in and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 6: Continuing Jaipur

Breakfast at hotel. Afterwards, enjoy the full day visit of Jaipur City including the following:

Amber Fort: it was built in 1592 by Raja Man Singh. The fort reflects the Rajput architecture. The fort, sprawls along the Maotha Lake; it consists of a massive complex gateways, stairways, courts and pillared pavilions.

Hawa Mahal (photostop): the palace of the wind (Hawa Mahal) comprises of 953 windows and niche, were made for the ladies of royal family to see the events without being seen.

City Palace: occupying the center of Jaipur, it now houses the Royal residence and museums with textiles and costumes, armoury, manuscripts, and paintings collections.

Jantar Mantar (Royal Observatory): It is an observatory which was built (1728-34) by king astrologer Jai Singh II. It consists of several instrument, each serves a particular function to give an accurate reading.

Day 7: Hello Nimaj

After breakfast, drive towards Nimaj. On arrival check inn at Chatra Sagar luxury tents.

Luxury tents have always been part and parcel of Rajput lifestyle. Constant campaigns in far flung lands meant long stays in tents under inhospitable conditions. Tents were the only luxury available and soon these “homes away from home” evolved into mobile, mini-palaces. Chhatra Sagar captures the essence of this romance.

Day 8: Proceeding Nimaj

Mornign after breakfast enjoy farm and village visits to undertsand the traditional, rural Rajasthani lifestyle. A visit which will make you undertsand the traditional, rural Rajasthani lifestyle, which lays stress on harmony, conservation and the full utilization of natural resources.

Optional activity: Also can enjoy the bird watching tours.

Day 9: Jodhpur Tour

After breakfast, drive towards Osian. On arrival check in at camps.

The Camel Camp ,Osian is very conveniently located 60 kms from Jodhpur, a location was sourced and what better than on the first sand dune of the famous Thar Desert of Rajasthan. With vast views of the desert on one side and the intricate temples of Osian on the other, the camp, the first of its kind in India, offers easy access to the local desert villages. There are a variety of desert wildlife such as bluebulls, gazelles, foxes, peacocks and partridges to name but a few.

Day 10: Rohet Arrival

After breakfast check out from hotel and drive towards Mihirgarh. Enroute visit Jodhpur, places to visit: Mehrangarh fort, Jaswant thada.

After visit drive towards Mihirgarh, on arrival check in at hotel. This extraordinary small fort is perched on a sand mound, surrounded by scrub desert. Come here to experience a little desert, village and country life and stay in the height of sophistication, style and comfort that you simply wouldn’t imagine existed ‘in the middle of nowhere’.

Day 11: Continuing Rohet

After breakfast, enjoy village safari .This activity still remains the main highlight of the town. It is a cultural experience, from the warm and hospitable people, to the various customs and ceremonies and abundant wildlife.

Afternoon is free at leisure.

Later in the evening enjoy the unique experience of culinary demonstration at the Hotel. The recipes come from Late Thakurani Sahbia Jayenda Kumari’s books (owner’s mother) on traditional Rajasthani food. You can experiment with your own favorite recipes until you are confident that you can re-create the same taste at your homes. Else, you can remain mere spectators of the fine art of cooking – and later enjoy the delicacies at the dinner.

Day 12: Head to Delwara

After breakfast drive towards Devigarh. En route visit Eklingi, a lovely marble complex made up of 108 temples and Nagada .

On arrival check inn at hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 13: The Rest of Delwara

After breakfast, enjoy city tour of Udaipur. Places to visit City Palace , Continue to Crystal Gallery, it has a rare collection of Osler's crystal ordered from England by Maharana Sajjan Singh in 1877. visit shaeliyo ki badi and afternoon enjoy boat ride at lake pichola in Udaipur.

Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 14: Final Departure

After breakfast, check out from hotel and drop at Udaipur airport to connect flight for onwards journey.

Note: If the tour package includes flights, trains, jungle safari, private monument, an extra supplement will be applicable to the child.

Payment Policy

We are offering you to pay a low down payment of just 10% to keep your place on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid only two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour guide. This will give you the chance to book your tour with no risk or any loss.

Tour Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to commencement of the tour by notifying us in writing. The cancellation charges shall be as follows:

  • If you cancel before 45 days of tour commencement date, there will be no cancellation fees, except components which require per booking (train, flight and safaris).
  • If you cancel on or before 44-30 days of tour commencement date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • If you cancel on or before 29-15 days of tour commencement date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Less than 14 Days before arrival 100% cancellation will be applicable.
Changes By You

If you request any changes to your travel arrangements once we have confirmed a booking, all out of pocket charges, including charges imposed by our suppliers, will be payable by you. If after the commencement of your tour you request any changes to your travel arrangements, we will do our best to implement them, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. In the event of such change(s) being made, you will be liable for any cancellation charges that may be levied for the previously booked service and for any costs incurred by us and our suppliers in attempting to secure any revised arrangements. Any name changes must be provided to us in writing and are subject to any airline/ train fees or penalties.

Passports & Visa Fees

All Passengers are responsible for securing proper documentation prior to joining the tour. Passports are required; in addition, travelers are advised to check with local consulates for full details regarding Visa requirements. Please note securing a valid visa for entry is sole responsibility of the traveler.

Flexible cancellation policy

Memphis Tours offers a very flexible cancelation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and destination. In the event that this happens, we will be refunding you the amount paid in full.
