Day 1: Delhi Arrival

Your Golden Triangle Tour will start from Delhi. Upon your arrival, you will be Greeted and Escorted by our Memphis Tours Executive to your Hotel and then check in.

Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi Tour

Your adventure begins this morning in Old Delhi. Go through Chandni Chowk, one of India’s oldest and busiest bazaars. Visit Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi’s serene and evocative cremation site and the Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. This afternoon visits the Qutab Minar.

Day 3: Welcome Agra

After breakfast drive to the medieval city of Agra, home of the world-famous Taj Mahal. Enjoy afternoon at leisure or book an optional tour to the Tomb of Itmad- Ud- Daulah.

Day 4: Proceeding Agra

Early this morning, visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise (closed on Fridays). Return to the hotel for breakfast. Spend the rest of the day at leisure or book an optional tour to Agra Fort.

Day 5: Ranthambore National Park Tour

After breakfast drive to Ranthambore which boasts one of the country’s largest tiger populations and an impressive array of other animal and bird life (over 270 species of birds have been documented).

Day 6: Continuing Ranthambore National Park

Our day will begin with pre-dawn coffee and biscuits before setting off on an early morning game drive with a park guide in search of the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. Return to the hotel for lunch. Enjoy your afternoon at leisure or perhaps return to the park for an optional afternoon game drive.

Day 7: Jaipur Arrival

This morning, depart for Jaipur. You may spend time in the oldest and busiest market in the walled city, Johori Bazaar, which is a true feast for the senses. It is filled with aromatic spices, while oxcarts, cows, bejeweled women, and men with shocking pink turbans jostle through the labyrinthine streets.

Day 8: Proceeding Jaipur

After breakfast take a half-day tour of the city visiting the Maharaja’s City Palace where you will see the Mubarak Mahal, the Museums of Textiles, the Diwan-e-Khas and Diwan-e-am. The City Palace is one of the most famous attractions in Jaipur. Afterwards, drive past the Hawa Mahal for a photo stop. Enjoy your afternoon at leisure or perhaps pre book one of our optional tours.

Optionals:

Amber Fort: it was built in 1592 by Raja Man Singh. The fort reflects the Rajput architecture. The fort, sprawls along the Maotha Lake; it consists of a massive complex gateways, stairways, courts and pillared pavilions.

Jantar Mantar (Royal Observatory): It is an observatory which was built (1728-34) by king astrologer Jai Singh II. It consists of several instrument, each serves a particular function to give an accurate reading.

Experience Elephants: go on a journey to the world of elephants and have an unforgettable experience with these magnificent creatures. Ride on an elephant's back and experience the height at which this animan stands.

Day 9: Kerala Backwaters

Board flight to Cochin. Upon arrival, drive to Alleppey, also called Alappuzha. Alleppey is a market town surrounded by coconut plantations.

Day 10: Continuing Kerala Backwaters

Spend the day at liesure at your hotel or avail Ayurveda massage on direct payment basis.

Take a houseboat day cruise with lunch served on board. Get back to your hotel.

The Kerala houseboats takes tourists on a cruise along the emerald waterways. The kettuvalloms (houseboats) offers you a novel concept holiday. They are comfortably furnished and consist of an open lounge, one or two bath attached bedrooms and kitchenette. Every houseboat has a crew of 3 men.

Day 11: Kochi Arrival

Drive to Kochi. Take a tour of the city visiting the Dutch Palace, which has some of India’s most beautiful murals and the Jewish Synagogue (closed on Fridays and Saturdays). Visit St. Francis Church where Vasco da Gama was originally buried, and the Santa Cruz Church with pastel coloured interior and carved wooden panels.

Day 12: Proceeding Kochi

Kalaripayattu: The martial art form of Kerala is considere the oldest and most scientific of its kind in the world.

Hands on cooking lesson: With a local family, learn about the preparation of the local cuisine. Keralite cuisine is basically characterized by an abundance of coconut and spices. The food offers menu options tracing Cochin’s Jewish, Syrian, Arabic and Portuguese food history. There will also be an interaction session where you will learn about their social and cultural life. Afterwards, have dinner which you have cooked.

Muzris heritage Tour: Enjoy a full day on the outskirts of Cochin. Visit Muziris which is an ancient port town in little Kerala.

Day 13: Final Departure

Get transferred to the airport to board flight to onward destination.

Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound. The prices quoted per person per tour and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best possible price. Prices are valid all the year, except during Christmas 2019 and New Year 2020.

Child Policy

- 0 - 4.99 Free of Charge

- 5 - 10 pay 25% of tour price

- 11 - 11.99 pay 50% of tour price

- 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person

Note: If the tour package includes flights, trains, jungle safari, private monument, an extra supplement will be applicable to the child.

Payment Policy

An invoice shall be generated, once received confirmation on a tour. The deposit 50% of the total cost, will be required at the time of confirmation. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. The balance 50% is payable 30 days before the commencement of the tour plus any applicable insurance premiums.

Note: Kindly note that in special cases wherein a hotel requires 100% payment in advance (during festive period i.e. Pushkar Fair, Christmas, New Year, etc.), will be payable along with 50% tour deposit. As per hotel policy, this amount will not be refundable.

Tour Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at any time prior to commencement of the tour by notifying us in writing. The cancellation charges shall be as follows:

  • If you cancel before 45 days of tour commencement date, there will be no cancellation fees, except components which require per booking (train, flight and safaris).
  • If you cancel on or before 44-30 days of tour commencement date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • If you cancel on or before 29-15 days of tour commencement date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • Less than 14 Days before arrival 100% cancellation will be applicable.
Changes By You

If you request any changes to your travel arrangements once we have confirmed a booking, all out of pocket charges, including charges imposed by our suppliers, will be payable by you. If after the commencement of your tour you request any changes to your travel arrangements, we will do our best to implement them, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. In the event of such change(s) being made, you will be liable for any cancellation charges that may be levied for the previously booked service and for any costs incurred by us and our suppliers in attempting to secure any revised arrangements. Any name changes must be provided to us in writing and are subject to any airline/ train fees or penalties.

Passports & Visa Fees

All Passengers are responsible for securing proper documentation prior to joining the tour. Passports are required; in addition, travelers are advised to check with local consulates for full details regarding Visa requirements. Please note securing a valid visa for entry is sole responsibility of the traveler.
