Cairo Opera House located in the National Cultural Centre in Gezira Island, Cairo, Egypt. Cairo Opera House is located in the best cultural place where is surrounded by other cultural centres: Museum of Egyptian Modern Arts, Nile Gallery , El Hangar Theatre and the Plastic Artists' Association .
Cairo Opera House considered one of seven theatres ( one open-air ) and concert halls in the complex dance and music.

What about Opera Museum ?

Opera Museum is located on the first floor of the Opera House which contains two wings.

1- The first wing is dedicated to documents relating with the history of the Royal Cairo Opera House. The first wing also shows suits, jewellery, and musical records of the opera Aida.

2- For the second wing is completely dedicated to the New Cairo Opera House which was inaugurated in 1988. You will find there numerous posters of the most important artistic performances of all the opera?s theatres: Main Hall, Small Hall, and Open Air Theatre, and agendas about the famous international artistic companies that performed in Egypt.
