Meeting you in the port, your guide will take you by private car 45 minutes south to the Temple of Artemis. You will be able to tour the ruins of this legendary temple, which has inspired stories and admiration for thousands of years. After finishing at the temple, your tour will continue to Ephesus, where you will spend the rest of the day visiting this huge complex of ruins. The number of sites that you will see at Ephesus cannot be listed here, but it is certain to be memorable day Turkey’s greatest outdoor museum. The highlights include the Temple of Hadrian, the Fountain of Trajan, the Grand Theatre, and countless other monuments from over 5000 years of history in Ephesus that includes Ancient Greek and Roman influences, as well as an important place in the history of early Christianity. At the end of the tour, you will visit a handicraft center to learn about authentic Turkish crafts before your driver returns you to your ship in Kusadasi Port.
