Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Marmaris around 08:00 AM to begin your excursion to Dalyan. In this small coastal town that is famous as a breeding ground for endangered loggerhead sea turtles. You will board a boat to visit the Dalyan River Delta, where you will be able to see the ruins of the ancient city of Kaunos and the Lycian rock-cut tombs. Hopefully, you will also see the sea turtles that the area is famous for. Later you will visit the ruins of Kaunos to walking among these ruins dating from 3000 BC on foot. Before returning to Marmaris you will enjoy lunch in Dalyan and have time to walk around and do some shopping. The tour will last a full day, 8 hours.
