Day 1​:​ ​​​Tuesday: Arrival Madrid

Upon arrival to Madrid Airport, our driver will pick you up from airport and transfer you to your hotel to check in and overnight in Madrid.

Day 2: Wednesday: Madrid - Trujillo – Lisbon

Starting the trip will be at Calle Ferraz 3 (Ferraz str., 3). The meeting point is in the City center, one of the streets right off Plaza España. You will take a taxi from your hotel to the meeting point at Calle Ferraz 3 to be there at 07:45 AM. Departure from the bus Terminal at 08.00 in the morning to the beautiful region Extremadura where you will make a first stop in the ancient city of Trujillo, a city built and enriched by many different conquerors during the medieval times and the renaissance. In Trujillo you will have free time to explore the city’s cultural treasures, such as the beautiful and monumental Plaza Mayor with its Pizarro's equestrian statue, the old Arab castle or the churches Santa María and San Francisco. From Trujillo you will proceed to the Portuguese border to reach Lisbon. In the evening you can join an optional visit to a Fado concert, where you’ll experience traditional Portuguese music. Overnight in Lisbon.

Day 3: Thursday: Lisbon

After breakfast you will join a sightseeing tour in the morning to discover the beauty of this city, located at the mouth of the River Tagus. You will see the oldest district of Lisbon. Alfama Quarter; the Tower of Belem, that was built to commemorate Vasco da Gama’s expedition; and the Jeronimos Monastery, which was classified as UNESCO World Heritage Site; also many other impressive sights. In the afternoon you will have free time to stroll through the city by yourself. Optional excursions to beautiful suburbs of Lisbon to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril are possible. Overnight in Lisbon.

Day 4: Friday: Lisbon - Fatima - Lisbon

Breakfast. Departure to Fatima - an important pilgrimage center known for its Marian apparition (appearance by the Blessed Virgin Mary), that occurred in Cova da Iria in 1917 and which was recognized by the Catholic Church. After some free time to visit the Basilica you will return to Lisbon. Overnight in Lisbon.

Day 5: Saturday: Lisbon - Caceres - Cordoba

Breakfast. Departure towards the Spanish border to go back to Extremadura, this time - to Caceres, - a beautiful city founded by the Romans in 25 BC. There you will have free time to explore the charming old town, (‘Parte Antigua’), with its famous medieval quarter and ancient walls. Caceres was declared a World Heritage City by UNESCO in 1986 because of the city's unique blend of Roman, Moorish, Northern Gothic and Italian Renaissance architecture. After a break you will take the highway towards Andalusia with a first overnight stop in Cordoba. Dinner and overnight in Cordoba.

Day 6: Sunday: Cordoba - Seville

Breakfast. In the morning you will have a guided tour around Cordoba. It includes the entrance to the famous Mosque-cathedral of Córdoba and the visit to the Old Town, Jewish Quarter. The Mosque-cathedral was originally a Catholic Christian church built by the Visigoths, however in the middle Ages it was converted into an Islamic mosque and back to Catholic Church after the Reconquista (reconquist). In the middle Ages it was second largest Cathedral in the world. It is also very famous by its wine-colored marble columns and double arches that was an innovation in architecture at that time. After the sightseeing tour bus departs to Seville where you will have a lunch. The rest of the day is free, so you can explore the beautiful city of Seville on your own. Overnight in Seville.

Day 7: Monday: Seville

Breakfast, then a city tour with a local guide to see Seville’s most beautiful places and notorious sights: Park of Maria Luisa, Sevilles’s main public park and the largest green area that stretches along Guadalquivir river; the Plaza de Espana, most famous square in Seville and one of the largest in Spain; the Cathedral of Saint Mary; the Minaret of Giralda; as well as the typical Quarter of Santa Cruz (former Jewish Quarter) with its white houses and tiny narrow streets. After the city tour you will have the afternoon off to rest or to explore further more on your own. You can also join an optional tour to the Reales Alcazares (Royal Palaces of Seville). Dinner and Overnight in Seville.

Day 8: Tuesday: Seville - Ronda - Marbella

Breakfast. On your way to the Costa del Sol you will check out some beautiful white villages as well as the roman village Ronda, situated in a very mountainous area about 750 meters above sea level. It is famous for its three bridges ‘Puente Romano’, ‘Puente Viejo’ and ‘Puente Nuevo’ that span the canyon. After some free time in Ronda you will continue to the coastal city Marbella, located at the Costa del Sol. Here you can sit back, relax and enjoy the sunset at the beach. Dinner and overnight in Marbella.

Day 9: Wednesday: Marbella - Granada

After the breakfast you will continue to Granada. Here you are going to visit the impressive monumental complex of fortresses La Alhambra, its typical Arabian palaces Nazaries and its green and picturesque Generalife Gardens. Besides Granada´s absolutely awesome and historical sights, this city is known as one of Andalusia’s hippest, most youthful places, with a free tapas culture (when you get a free tapa, snack, along with each drink ordered), cool bars and intimate flamenco haunts. In the evening you will have the possibility to visit the Sacromonte caves and experience a passionate Zambra flamenco show. Dinner and overnight in Granada.

Day 10: Thursday: Granada - Valencia

Breakfast. Departure towards Valencia. On the way you will pass beautiful and typical for the area small towns Guadix, Baza and Puerto Lumbreras. Upon arrival to Valencia you will have the afternoon free to explore a city on your own. Valencia is a Spain’s third-largest city. Highlights not to be missed: futuristic City of Arts and Sciences (Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias) build by world famous arquitect Antonio Calatrava, an old part of the city with beautiful Plaza de Ayutamiento and one of Europe's biggest markets - Mercado Central. Walk thru Turia Garden and don't forget Valencia's famous long sandy beach, it is considered one of the best in Spain. Overnight in Valencia.

Day 11: Friday: Valencia - Barcelona

After breakfast you will have some more free time to explore Valencia before you continue your trip to Barcelona. Barcelona is the capital city of the Spanish autonomous region Catalonia with a population of more than 1.6 million (4 million if counted with suburbs), it is the country’s 2nd largest city after Madrid. Few places in Europe can offer you such a wide diversity of things to do and see, that you'll find here in Barcelona. Thanks to its great location, its vibrant street life, its spectacular Gaudi architecture, its incomparable cuisine and its football team this city has become one of world´s popular tourist destinations. Once you have reached Barcelona in the late afternoon, it will be at your full disposal to check out its sights and attractions. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 12: Saturday: Barcelona

Breakfast. In the morning you will join a sight-seeing tour around the city. On this tour you will see Barcelona’s most famous and impressive monuments such as the Park of Montjuic with its spectacular view, the Olympic Ring, the Columbus Statue and the old Gothic quarter. In the afternoon you will again have plenty of free time to do whatever you like for example spend some relaxing hours at the beach or hike up Barcelona’s local mountain Tibidabo. Overnight in Barcelona.

Day 13: Barcelona - Zaragoza - Madrid

Breakfast. Departure towards Madrid. On your way back to the capital you will pass through Lleida and Zaragoza. Lleida is one of the oldest towns in Catalonia, with recorded settlements dating back to the Bronze Age period. In Zaragoza you will have free time to visit the local sights such as the impressive Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar or the bridge ‘Puente de Piedra’. Later continuation to Madrid to same point of the tour. Arrival in Madrid​between 17.00 and 19.00. End of services. ​(You can book your international flight back home after 23:00 pm or we can arrange for you extra night in Madrid and transfer to airport last day)​.
