Explore Morocco on this unforgettable 11-day adventure that will take you from Casablanca on the Atlantic Coast to the legendary medieval city of Fez in the Atlas Mountains before traveling south to Marrakech and the desert interior around Zagora. You will visit ancient Berber kasbahs in the mountains, explore the winding souks of Fez and Marrakech, and even make it to the edge of the great Sahara desert before you leave.

Day 1: Arrival Casablanca

A Memphis Tours driver will meet you at Mohamed V Airport to escort you to the the hotel in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle. Check into your room and rest. Dinner and overnight in Casablanca.

Day 2: Casablanca Tour - Rabat Tour (95 km)

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up at 09:00 AM. A tour of Casablanca will include visits to the Central Market, the Habous district, the royal palace, Mohamed V square, the historic area of Anfa and Panorama visit to Hassan II Mosque. Move on to enjoy a lunch meal (optional) at a seafood restaurant on the coast or options in the area. In early afternoon you will depart for Rabat where you will visit the Mechouar Palace, the Ouadayas Garden & Kasbah, the mausoleum of Mohamed V and the Hassan Tower. Check into your hotel in Rabat to eat dinner and relax overnight.

Day 3: Rabat-Meknes Tour-Fez (260 km)

After breakfast at your hotel, your guide will take you to Meknes, the Ismailian capital of Morocco, famous for its 40 kilometers of ramparts. Visit the famous Bab Mansour gate, the Royal Stables and the Jewish quarter. Lunch in Meknes at your expense. Depart for the holy city of Moulay Driss via the Roman ruins of Volubilis. Continue to Fez in the afternoon for dinner and check in at your hotel.

Day 4: Fez Full day Sightseeing

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up for a tour of Fez, Morocco’s ancient spiritual capital. Visit the medieval medina, the Attarine or Bou Anania madrassas, the Nejjarine Fountain, Moulay Idriss Mausoleum and the Karaouyne Mosque. Typical lunch at a traditional restaurant in the heart of Medina can be arranged at your expense. Spend the afternoon in the souks and Fez Jedid (New Fez) before returning to your hotel for dinner and overnight in Fez.

Day 5: Fez-Marrakech (485 km)

After breakfast at your hotel, your guide will drive you to Marrakech, passing by the Berber villages of Imouzer and Ifrane on the way. A relaxing lunch (optional) can be arranged in Beni Mellal, one of the agricultural centers of Morocco. Arrive late in Marrakech and check-in. Dinner and overnight in Marrakech.

Day 6: Marrakech Tour

After breakfast, you will spend the day touring Marrakech, Morocco’s "pearl of the south". The historical sightseeing includes Menara Garden, the Saadien Tombs, Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia and Dar Si Said Museum. You will return to your hotel for lunch and spend the afternoon in the souks and handicraft quarters. You will end the day in the famous Djemaa el Fina, the site of non-stop entertainment in Marrakech for centuries.
Optional : Dinner under traditional tents at the famous Chez Ali restaurant accompanied by folkloric shows from the different regions of Morocco.

Day 7: Marrakech-Ouarzazate-Zagora (380 km)

Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Ait Benhaddou through Tizi N’tichka pass (2260 m). Visit the village’s beautiful kasbah, which is registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site.  Lunch (optional) at a local restaurant near the Kasbah before continuing to Zagora across the Draa Valley. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Zagora.

Day 8: Zagora-Nkob-Tazzarine-Erfoud (360km)

After breakfast, you will transfer to Tamgroute for short visit to a famous quranic library, which houses documents dating back to the 12th century. Continue to Erfoud through Tansikht and Nkob which are surrounded by splendid landscapes and pre-saharian and Berber villages of the Sargho Mountain massive follow each other perpetually. Lunch (optional) at Tazzarine, a small Berber village.  In the afternoon, continue to Erfoud via the villages of Alnif and Rissani, birthplace of the Alaouite dynasty, which currently rules Morocco.  Check in to your hotel in Erfoud, enjoy dinner and stay overnight.
Option (not included): 4x4 excursion to the Merzouga sand dunes for a barbecue dinner and to spend the night under the stars in a Bedouin tent.

Day 9: Erfoud-Tinghir - Ouarzazate (375 km)

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up by an English-speaking driver to transfer to Tineghir where you will visit of its magnificent Todra Canyons. Lunch (optional) at a restaurant located at the foot of the canyons. In the afternoon, you will depart for Ouarzazate via the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs passing by El Kelaa de Mgouna and the village of Skoura. Check in at your hotel and enjoy dinner and overnight in Ouarzazate.

Day 10: Ouarzazate Tour - Marrakech (210 km)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have a quick tour of Ouarzazate before continuing  to Marrakech. Have lunch at your hotel upon arrival and spend the afternoon relaxing or exploring the city on your own.

Day 11: Final Departure

Breakfast and transfer to Marrakech Menara Airport for final departure.

  • Payment Policy:

    Reservations should be made as early as possible to book your desired Morocco tour, spaces will be secured upon receive a deposit of 25 %, and during the Christmas and New Year holidays and tour packages the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by credit cards, wire transfer and or Western Union

    You need to have a valid passport at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date to enter Morocco and you can obtain a visa from Morocco Consulate before departure. Also, entry visa is available upon arrival Morocco airports against USD 27 per passport for specific nationalities and need to check before. Some nationalities don’t need a visa to visit Morocco for the purpose of tourism for up to 3 months such as United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Denmark, Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland.
