We booked our tour to Giza pyramids, Cairo museum & El-Kaleli bazaar with Memphis tours online and they reliably sent us their guide, Emad Seleem to our hotel on 5th of June to pick us up.
We were a family of four with two boys of 8 & 10 years and Emad was extremely nice & knowledgeable tour guide who made our one day tour in Cairo a memorable one. He was careful to make the tour enjoyable to the kids as well. The information he provided was very interesting and was not too much as well, which went down well with all of us. He arranged a camel ride for us ( for a fee) which was great.
In the Cairo museum, which has uncountable no: of exhibits, Emad showed us through the most important ones before giving us sometime to wonder around on our own. Thereafter we were taken to the bazaar where he even bargained on our behalf! We all enjoyed the tour very much & would recommend Emad & Memphis tours for your tours.

My wife and I booked a private tour from Alexandria to the WWII battle site at Al Alamein. This was done through Memphis Tours. Our guide was Emad Seleem and the driver was Adel. Both were excellent and Emad provided excellent information throughout. I would highly recommend this organization and guide. We only had one day as Alexandria was a stop on a Holland America Holy Lands cruise. Having been to Egypt twice before we opted for a less popular site and enjoyed the museum, cemeteries and terrain of this pivotal WWII battlefield.

Fist off our trip was fantastic Egypt was everything and more that we expected. A big thanks to Hamada, he picked us up from airport with wonderful big smile and nothing was ever to much trouble to organise or change. Also a big thank you to our guide Emad Seleem wow!! the knowledge this man has about his history is amazing. We are two nurses from new Zealand now working in Saudi Arabia, the team from Memphis tours kept us safe, organised daily sightseeing tours with an amazing Egyptologist, used air-conditioned vehicles, Hotels fantastic . Would love to return think one week not enough time.
Next time I would make sure I have tip money, tipping is a concept that is new to me and found I never had enough change, so make sure you have smaller note changed at airport like 20 and 50.

-We have booked our 12 days Egypt trip with Memphis Tours last year before the people revolution. First we were not sure if we should go or not, but in the end we went. We were picked up by Osama our tour leader and the whole trip was exeptional well done. We were well looked after, for example we got an Egyten mobile in case we needed to talk to him. Especially we were very happy with our friendly driver Said Helman (nickname Schuhmacher) We were glad to have him in Kairos chaotic traffic, we had other drivers, but he was our best one. And of course we were happy with our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide Emad Seleem (for Cairo, the Sinai and White dessert) and he climbed with us the moses mountain too. Our favourite places where the camp in the White Desert with its magical formation and Luxor. Overall we can recommend Memphis tours to book your trip in Egypt.
