Dear Mr. Fayez: AS-SALAM ALAIKOM! Me and my wife would like to thank you so much for the excellent service you & your personnel have extended to us during our stay there in Egypt. Though, there was a very little/minor lapses during the very first day-- probably because of some miscommunications beyond anybody's control which was understandable. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and appreciated the warmth help particularly of the following: Mr. George, El Azab (very knowlegeable and humorous) and Netrin (a very pleasant and kind) who served as our english tour guides with much care, humility and patience. Who shared with us not only their time and laughter but also the learning we've got about your good country's heritage, etc. Indeed a very short time yet a memorable one. We hope they will keep up their excellent job! Rest assured that we will recommend and share this amazing and wonderful experiences we've had with the Memphis Tour to our family, friends and kins.
