My family was looking to book a tour to Egypt (specifically a Nile cruise from Aswan) and Memphis tours came highly recommended. I asked for a quote thru the website and was promptly emailed back by Mr Ahmed Fayez. He was truly a gem! Very prompt and accomodating. He went beyond for us! the quote was the most reasonable one of all the tours and when I had to change the reservation dates, he was great about re-scheduling and recommended the best ship. He has even arranged a special treat for my parents as it is their anniversary. To top it off, when I struck out on trying to book the sleeper train back to Cairo, he was persistent and got us a booking! He was great! Very polite and professional. We haven't left for Egypt yet, but I just wanted to commend Memphis tours and especially Ahmed for making the booking process so effortless. If the trip is as good as the process then I KNOW we'll have the best time! Thanks again Ahmed. You're great! :)
