I wish to thank you and your colleagues for the enjoyable programme that you arranged for me in Egypt during the last 4 days. I greatly enjoyed my visit to your country, and was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Islam, and also the individual tour guides in Alexandria and the Egyptian Museum etc. I apologise for the misunderstanding of the pick-up time at the hotel yesterday and sincerely hope that has not caused any problems.
