My wife and I recently vacationed in Egypt (Cairo and a Nile river cruise), and Memphis Tours provided guides to help us. I found the level of service to be excellent. Guides greeted us at the airport, were always on time to pick us up for a daily tour, had our exhibit entry tickets ready for us, were flexible and diverted to other destinations whenever we wanted, and always provided comfortable transportation. I recommend visiting the Nubian museum at the Edfu stop along the Nile - to see some previously untold stories about Egypt there. Yes, there were a couple of minor glitches - one of the busses broke, so they had to arrange a substitute car and driver - but everything was handled smoothly. We complained about one noisey night in a hotel, and they moved us into another, fancier hotel - penthouse suite - pretty nice rebound. I recommend this company. They know how to provide first-class service in Egypt, and their guides are knowledgeable and friendly. We had a very nice vacation, with no worries, thanks to Memphis.
