My wife speaks Spanish, so when we looked online for a tour company, bilingualism was important. Memphis Tours was totally professional, with an English-speaking representative and chauffeur meeting us at the airport, train stations, and hotels. Also included was a Spanish-speaking guide to the attractions. We did about 5 days in the Cairo area and 5 more on a Nile Cruise from Luxor to Abu Simbel. And though Memphis planned the original itinerary, they were flexible with us when we wanted to add attractions in Cairo and Abu Simbel. The staff was more than just courteous and professional, they were open friendly, and made our travel experience a complete joy. I would highly recommend Memphis Tours to anyone wanting to travel independently but not wanting to haggle over every taxi and hotel. Our representative was Ahmed and our driver was Ashraf, both outstanding people.
