My wife and our 3 girls went on a family vacation from June 12 to 25, 2010 to Egypt. We saw and learnt a lot! We rented a car from Europcar and travelled on our own while staying at our RCI resort of Moon Beach Club. We also booked tours with Memphis Tours in Cairo, as well as a Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan. In Cairo, our tour guide was Mr Tariq and our driver was Mr Sayed. They were both very professional and very nice to our family. they brought us cold water, fruits and some Egyptian music. Good job! On the Nile cruise, our guide was Mr Sayed Selim. He was excellent! It felt like he became one of our family. When one of our daughters became ill, his concern and empathy was greatly appreciated! Miss Fatma Sayed was our "travel agent" at Memphis Tours. She and I communicated by email for about 6 months before our trip. Through it all, she was very patient and understanding of our need to change our choices many times over. When we got to Cairo and had a misunderstanding, she backed down quickly and sent her assistant to come and make sure we were not mad! Great customer service!!
