Yosri Abd Allah was our contact and we were very pleased with the flexibility shown when we got the dates mixed up as they allowed us to switch tour dates and take it a day early, even giving us a large private bus around Cairo at no extra charge. Our guide, not Yosri, was very helpful, though a little too cozy with the owner of the shop at the end of the tour, smoking his hookah and helping us negotiate- what turned out to be a high price. We also advised that the restaurant in Cairo was poor, with much of the food left out for a long time and re-used, as evidenced by the mould on the bottom of the dessert pastries. In all, we will recommend Memphis Tours and use you again.
