Memphis Tours, I am very happy to write a very positive report about our recent trip to Egypt. I am very happy that we used Memphis Tours and would recommend you to any traveler to Egypt. We sincerely appreciated how well we were taken care of during our stay, including: Getting us through passport control at the airport, dropping us off and picking us up at the train stations, tours including tour guides & drivers, hotel accommodations, etc. I feel our tour was the best it could possibly be. All Memphis Employees were wonderful. I would like to recognize several that made a lasting impression. First Nubie, our guide at Aswan. I have traveled considerably in Europe and had many tour guides, however Nubie was the best Tour Guide I have ever had. His explanations of the sites were wonderful. He obviously loves his work and it shows. He was such a pleasure. Second, Ahmed – our Driver in Cairo and Alexandria. We sincerely liked him; he is a very good person. Third, Ziad – I am glad he was our tour coordinator. I was impressed that a person at his age could show so much maturity. Also he helped us get through an issue that I will address later in this report concerning the one area I can suggest improvement. I also want to recognize our guide & driver to Memphis & the step Pyramid (I am sorry I forget both their names). We also enjoyed our tour guides Jasmine & Mohammed. The gentleman who got us through passport control at the airport was very polished. All Memphis employees were great. We also appreciated that our tours were private – we did not tour with 20 or 30 other tourist. Since we were the only people on the tour, we were able to spend as much time as we wanted viewing each site. This made the entire experience extra special. We also had the flexibility to adjust our itinerary based on tour guide suggestions. One of our best days was with Nubie and the adjustments we made to our itinerary based on his suggestions. As mentioned, I recommend Memphis Tours to any Traveler in Egypt. If I return to Egypt, it will definitely be with Memphis Tours. One area of improvement I suggest would be better tracking of tour itinerary. When we paid for our tour, it included two days of excursions in Cairo. When we arrived in Egypt, the second day of excursion was left out of our itinerary. I am happy to say that Ziad took care of correcting the itinerary to our satisfaction. We are happy that we received everything we expected from our excursions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Memphis Tours will be our first and only recommendation for touring Egypt.
