Memphis Tours was FABULOUS! Our group of 8 booked an overnight tour including Alexandria and Cairo. Our guide was Amani, our assistant guide was Hamada, our driver was Sayed, and our security guard was Atief. They were all EXTREMELY friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We were late due to an almost 5 hour delay in disembarking from our cruise ship. However, they readily adjusted our itinerary so that we could still fit everything in. We even added in the night time Light & Sound show at the pyramids. Our tour guide, Amani, was extremely informative. Throughout our tour she continually gave us detailed information on the history of Alexandria and Cairo, facts about the sights we were visiting, as well as information on present day life. She was also very knowledgeable when answering any of our questions. Our assistant guide, Hamada, was also very knowledgeable, readily answering all of our questions. Our driver, Sayed, always smiling and sociable, safely delivered us to each of our destinations despite road and traffic conditions. And our security guard, Atief, was always there to look after us. He was constantly near by and stayed with you whenever you strayed from the group to take pictures! We visited many sights and shops, but due to our limited time in port, everything was a bit rushed! Memphis Tours made our visit to Egypt so enjoyable that I am already planning a return trip (at which time I plan to see the sights at a much slower pace!) and of course, I will be contacting Memphis Tours once again!!
