We have returned home from our travels and I just wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to you and our amazing tour guide and driver from our time in Egypt. Our trip was perfect from start to finish. The professionalism and personal touches that both our tour guide and driver gave to the trip were unmatched and extremely appreciated.
I am slightly embarrassed as cannot for the life of me remember the name of our wonderful tour guide while in Cairo (our drivers name was Kahmel). She truly was wonderful. Would you mind sending me her name so I can send a proper thank you to her. She was a wealth of knowledge that was truly appreciated.
I would also like to thank you for taking the time to call me and follow up on my email request for quotes. Very few companies take the time to personally respond to email request and this is just one of the few personal touches that set Memphis apart from the rest.
Additionally, we are looking to head back to Egypt in November and look forward to working with your company again on our future trip.
