I hope I am contacting the right office to express my gratitude and offer my compliments to one of your employees. I recently returned from a visit to Cairo with the group Head Out Adventures who partnered with your tour company while we were there. Your employee, Hasan, worked above and beyond any expectations when my flight to Amsterdam was cancelled on April 18, 2010. He remained at the Cairo airport with three of us until we had booked new flights, arranged for accommodations, and drove us to our hotel. It was almost midnight before he left us. He even called the following day to see how we were doing. That level of service was so appreciated! Please extend my regards to Hasan and thank him once more for his assistance in a very stressful situation. You really have a valuable employee in him!
