I wanted to write a letter to recognize the incredible service we experienced during our trip in Egypt. The entire trip ran smooth and free of problems. All of our guides and representative were great and made us feel safe. Our favorite guide was Yahia Abdou Ahmed in Luxor. It is rare to find people who take as much pride in their work as he does. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His pride and understanding of his country greatly enhanced our experience. His English was well articulated and he attended to our needs attentively. He was an excellent guide and truly memorable.
