Dear Mr Fayez and Mr Masadeh,
Thank-you for organizing our incredible tours of Egypt and Jordan. Both my husband and I had a wonderful time and an experience we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
We wish to thank some of the people that were involved personally. Mohsen our Egypt tour leader was extremely efficient and personable and we felt comfortable with him handling all our details while we were in Egypt. It was reassuring to find that he had our Visas in hand upon arrival in Cairo. Ahmed our Cairo tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable- from him we learned a great deal about the architecture and the history of Egypt.
Khaled, our tour coordinator and driver in Jordan was great too. He spoke about the music, food and culture of Jordan and he arranged for some informative guides to show us around the key sites. We also felt very comfortable with his navigation of the high mountain roads. Thanks to him too for some cds with music from this region.
We would also like to mention that we were upgraded to a senator suite on the Sonesta Sun Goddess which gave us beautiful views of the Nile and excellent service. We were also upgraded in our hotels in Jordan which was totally unexpected!
Thanks to you all for making this is beautiful experience for both of us.
