I would like to take this opportunity in thanking you and your company,for the way the whole tour took place.Everything was well planned on your part,and therefore made the whole tour most enjoyable.If we should wish to visit Egypt in the future,then we would have no hesitation in contacting you and your staff.
I must say that what made the whole tour so enjoyable,was the way your tour guide Mohamed Hassan,made himself avallable, and accessible at all times. He was always on call if we got ourselfs in any trouble or difficulty.He showed that he was a real asset to your company.
