Dear Mr Fayez,
We are back in Belgium after a wonderful cruise on the Nile. This organisation was Memphis at his best. We had the feeling that we had a very complete schedule and have seen most of the temples.
Of course was a big part of this our guide Ahmed Darweesh (in order not be mistaken here his mobile number +2/0164954531). He was very punctual and helpful. Never too late on our meetings and helping out for all kind of small things like changing money, checking emails etc.. On top of that he had a lot of knowledge about ancient Egypt history which lead to an excellent guidance at our visit to the temples. We had, in between the visits, nice talks about the way of living in Egypt.
The Nile Vessel MS Nile Style was well managed. Cabin service was more then sufficient. Every day the cabin was cleaned and the staff from cabin over reception to the restaurant were very friendly. Unfortunately the air-conditioning was somewhat cold and many people, me included, were caching a cold. The food was clean but this was then also the only positive item about this. Breakfast was ok but lunch and dinner had no variation and were tasteless. Always thin slices of beef and one preparation of chicken. Most of things were cooked without any sauces. This food was in no relation to the class of the vessel. It is of course not easy for Egyptians to prepare European food but this vessel is always filled with the majority of European people.
For the rest nothing then positive about our visit. It was perfectly organised and very satisfying.
We would like to thank you and do not hesitate to use me as a reference. Your customers can always call me for a reference.
Best Regards,
Robert Dederen
