I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful trip we had in Egypt and Jordan. My Family all enjoyed your country very much and we are having a great time telling everyone about our adventure. Both Eslam and Hamdy did a great job leading our tour. Eslam really went above and beyond by running all over Cairo in order to track down the charger for my power wheelchair. I greatly appreciated his work in taking care of this so I could have my mobility back. We also really appreciated him lining up dinner for us at our Taba Heights hotel when it was not easily accessible for us to find a place to eat outside the hotel. In addition, the coordination he did to line up the accessible van in Israel in transferring us to Jordan worked out really well.
We greatly appreciated all his hard work. His coordination and efforts made our trip go very smooth. Hamdy also had the big job of pushing me around all over Luxor and Aswan which my children appreciated. I think my children really liked having young guides as they could relate much better to them and enjoyed their company. They learned quite a bit about your culture and were introduced to many new things. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I thank you for all your help in coordinating this trip with me.
On another note, is it possible for you to send me an invoice showing the total cost we paid to you? Unfortunately, I had a heart attack on June 21st while we were in Israel. So, I am in the process of filling out trip interruption insurance forms for the Israel portion of the trip. The insurance documents require us to submit supporting documents for the cost of the entire trip, which would include Egypt and Jordan. We will only be putting in a claim to get a some money back for the Israel portion as I was in the hospital until the 28th - the day we were scheduled to come home. I appreciate your help in getting this information.
