Dear Eman Rashad, I wolud like to thank you for changing the hotel immmediatly. No words to explain how awful was it. Anyway I really want you to know that our guide was FANTASTIC. His italian was fluently, he was very patient, comprehensive, and prepared on everything. Let me tell you something else, there is the possibility that some friend of mine will come to Cairo next week.
