We just returned from a trip to Egypt, using Memphis Tours. For months prior, consultant Mohamed Mokhtar worked with me to create a schedule for a 3 day visit to Cairo and Luxor. Upon our arrival in Cairo, the rep, Ahmad, met us at the airport, just as specified, and from then on we were escorted either by the rep or our guide as we were driven to hotel, sights, and airport. All of Mohamed's recommendations were wonderful including the Le Meridien Pyramid Hotel in Giza.

A measure of a company's success is not only determined by how they work when all goes well but also how they respond when things go astray. Even after a miscommunication upon our arrival in Luxor, the Memphis reps were able to quickly remedy the situation and we had an amazing day in Luxor, touring major tombs, temples and Karnak.

Our guide in Cairo, Nasreen was the best- informative, patient and willing to go the extra mile. Among other things, we saw the Pyramids, the Sphinx, the Egyptian Museum, Mosque of Mohammed Ali and finally the lively Khan al-Khalili bazaar. Not to be missed!
