Before we decided to book Nile cruise package tour 6-13th July with Memphis, we have checked with several tour agents. I would say that Mohamed Mokhtar, tour consultant of Memphis, was very professional and so patient of fast anwering many questions :) 

I got picked up from airport by Mohamed Sayed, funny guy and of course patient waiting us exchanging money at airport :). 

We took sleeper train from Giza to Luxor. It was good experince on train in Egypt, clean and comfort. Food was fine for us. Then we boarded on Jaz Minerva Cruise for 4 nights from Luxor to Aswan. The room, food and service were perfect. This was fantastic trip ! not too rush....

From start till end, I found out all staffs were efficient, hospitable, professional and excellent in service. Vehicles were clean and in good condition, especially a/c was great !! 

Many thanks to our guide Mohamed Emam, he did a great job, a young guy but full informative. Thanks to Mohamed Sabry, taking us to Abu Simbel. I was impressed by his helpfulness even he got my sneaker mended, I just asked where to buy glue then he said "give me your shoe" he disappered 15 mins and came up with mended one ....LOL .... and also our great drivers Mamoud, Mohamed Mosen

I would recommend Memphis Tours to all who are planning to travel in Egypt. They worth value and made my holiday in Egypt easy, safe and comfort.....
