OUTSTANDING - from the guide who was very knowledagable to the manager setting everything up.

Day 1 - Flight in, Manager was helpful in getting us through the airport quickly

Day 2 - Pyramids with night dinner cruise, Pyramids was everything I expected, the dinner cruise with show was the best we have seen (food was great and the show was top notch.

Day 3 - Cairo, National Museum and the Mummies were fantastic. Seeing the primary Mosque, Church and Synagoge were exciting even if you are not religious. Light show at the pyramids was great and allowed for you to put together the complete story after visiting the primary pyramids the previous day.

Day 4 - Optional day to Alexandria, however the ride to and from is 3 hours each way so we decided not to. was offered a trip to luxor instead but because of the 0400 start and 2330 return we passed (due to age). If you really want to use the optional day suggest adding a day so you can stay overnight (I am sure the Manager helping you can oblidge). So we just stayed and used the Spa (we stayed at the 5 star Movenpick).

Day 5 - Return, manager helped us again so it was easy getting through.

Memphis Tours - Very good company and they really want to ensure you have a good trip and are very flexible in the schedule.

Hotel - Movenpick, right down the street from the Pyramids and across the street they are building the new national museum. Hotel was very good, the Thai restaurant was outstanding. The only negative was that the dinner buffet was not worth the money. Otherwise all 4 restaurants were great.
