Tour Itinerary:

Early morning you will be picked up from your hotel in Hurghada or El Gouna by your landcruiser 4x4 to the flying area which is set behind the Airport of Hurghada, (Omm Ghaira area) ,from where the Air Balloon will take off. You will have the chance to witness the preparations of the Hot Air Balloon before taking off. Coffee, Tea, Cakes and pastries served before the flight, then having an unforgettable flight experience in the sky for around 45 minutes over the desert and the display of an amazing sunrise enjoying a unique view of the magnificent city of Hurghada. The balloon can reach up to 5,000 feet, before you land again to get your Jeep 4x4 and return back to your hotel.

Note:
The Jeeps will follow the Hot Air Balloon throughout the entire flight until the landing and then will drive passengers back to the base through the desert.

General info

  • Tour and Prices :

    Tour price currency is set to USD but you can pay in Euro or British pound.The prices quoted per person per tour all inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the lowest price possible. Once your tour is confirmed we guarantee the price will not be changed.

  • Child Policy :

    Child rates apply to ages 6-12. Children aged 4 years and under are free of charge unless otherwise imposed by operating company of internal flights.

  • Deposit and Balance of Payment :

    A down payment (25%) will be required when confirming your booking as requested and can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa / MasterCard) via Verisign Secured payment system on our website. The balance of payment (75%) will be required on arrival / pick up, to be paid to your tour director by credit / debit card or in cash.

  • Tour Voucher :

    After your tour is confirmed we will email final confirmation and voucher to print and bring with you. Details will include contact numbers of your tour operator and customer care and additional information for your convenience.

  • Cancellation Policy :

    Memphis Tours does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions cancelled for ‘force majeure’ reasons such as volcanoes, earthquake or and some reasons beyond control. If cancellation happens for your personal or business reasons and Memphis Tours have already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.
