Day 1: Arrive QAI Airport – Amman overnight
Memphis Tours representative will meet & assist you upon your arrival at Amman International Airport. After that you will be transferred to your hotel in Amman by a private air-conditioned vehicle for check in. Upon arrival at the hotel he will do your check in and give you detailed information concerning your tomorrow’s trip. Overnight in Amman.
Day 2: Amman Hotel – Jerash – Ajloun - Umm Qais – Amman Hotel
After breakfast, you will be transferred towards north to Jerash, the best example of a Roman provincial city in the whole Middle East. Visit Oval Plaza, Roman colonnaded street, the Nymphaeum, the Temple of Artemis, fountains and its city walls pierced by towers and gates. Then move to Ajloun Castle. It was built by Izz Al-Din Usama, one of Salah Al-Din's generals in 1184 AD. We continue towards Umm Qais, once known as Gadara, is a ruined Greco-Roman city, where visitors have an amazing view over the Sea of Galilee and the Golan Heights. Back to your hotel in Amman and overnight.

Day 3: Amman Hotel – Madaba – Mt. Nebo – Dead Sea – Amman Hotel
After breakfast, we will visit Madaba, where you see the famous 4th century Byzantine mosaic map of Israel inside the Greek Orthodox Church of St. George. Then transfer to Mt. Nebo, the place where Moses had gazed at the Promised Land and is believed to be his burial ground. You visit the old monastery; overlook the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and parts of the Holy Land. After this we will drive towards the lowest point on earth the Dead Sea, there you will enjoy the health benefits of its mineral mud and float on its salty waters which is 10 times saltier than ocean water. Overnight at Amman hotel.

Day 4: Amman Hotel - Petra Tour – Petra Hotel
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Petra about 2.5 hours driving. Petra was first established in around 6th century B.C by the Nabatean’s, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundations of a commercial empire that extended up to Syria. Upon arrival you will begin the trip on horseback to the canyon, the so called Siq, and then by foot to the most beautiful monument: the Treasury. Among other monuments you will see the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh’s Castle. Overnight in Petra.

Day 5: Petra Hotel – Wadi Rum jeep tour – Bait Ali Camp
Breakfast at hotel, you will be picked up from your hotel by our representative, then transfer about 1.5 hrs drive to the protected area of Wadi Rum, one of the most impressing desert landscapes in the world. Here still Bedouins live in a traditional way, continue your tour by 4x4 Jeep discover canyons, sand dunes,rock bridges and Nabatean rock inscriptions. Dinner and overnight at camp site.

Day 6: Wadi Rum hike – Private Camp
Breakfast at camp, check out. Meet your guide and hike for 5-6 hours in the desert to feel the beauty, silence and majesty of this place. Break with picnic lunch, dinner and overnight in a camp deeper in the desert, enjoy the starry desert sky.

Day 7: Wadi Rum Camp – Amman Hotel
Breakfast at campsite, 4 hours transfer back to Amman hotel. Free day in Amman. Overnight in Amman.

Check out at 12:00 noon and depending on the time of your flight, we will transfer you to Amman’s Queen Alia International Airport for your departure.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid through April 30.2013 except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays. Single room occupancy is applied for those coming with other and prefer single occupancy. So there will be a different rate for solo traveler. -

12+ pay full tour price as per adult person
If your tour package includes airfare then an extra charges for your children may apply. -
Payment Policy
Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired Egypt tour, spaces will be secured upon receive a deposit of 25 %, and during the Christmas and New Year holidays and tour packages inclusive international airfare the required deposit is 50%. This deposit forms part of your final payment. Deposits can only be made by credit cards, wire transfer and or Western Union -
Egypt Entry Visa
You need to have a valid passport at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date to enter Egypt and you can obtain a visa from the Egyptian Consulate before departure. Also, entry visa is available upon arrival Egypt airports against USD 15 per passport for specific nationalities and need to check before. -
Sleeper Trains in Egypt
Sleeper trains are designed and equipped according to a satisfactory standard and quality that was set up by the Egyptian Railway Authority. Sleeper train from Cairo to Aswan is about 14 hours and sleeping train from Luxor to Cairo is about 11 hours. -
Additional Entry Tickets
All our Egypt tour packages and programs don't include entrance fees to special archaeological sites such as entering one of the Pyramids inside, to visit the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, to visit the Solar Boat Museum at the Pyramids area or to enter the Tomb of Tutankhamen at Valley of the Kings in Luxor -
